房子在UTC，基本上是刚到SD的首选区域。房间很大，非常适合合租或者有小孩的家庭

实话是，你会住客厅，不过客厅很大，刚刚跟我同事，即房主聊过，上洗手间什么的基
本上都不会经过客厅，所以不会打扰。室内生活用品齐全，基本上应该只需要购置一个
床。（汗自己一个，我都睡了几个月的床垫，才弄到床架不久。）
除房租外格外的费用应该是网络/煤气/电，相信平分的话，每人不超过50.如果干净就
可以不请清洁阿姨，不然的话，大概一个月一次，价格60.（清洁阿姨这事儿可以商量
。）
如果有一个学生能够艰苦奋斗一点，住个客厅（毕竟不是房间，个人隐私稍微有点泄露
），愿意与我分担的，请站内消息。
此地区环境很好，离UCSD很紧，车站大概走路1分钟，离vons等购物超市不超过2分钟。
请尽快，如果过了这个时间，我也move on了。。。 |
