几个误区需要清除：
误区之一--只有日本车“吸能”，美国车不“吸能”。如果你非要讨论1990年代初期生
产的车，我也就闭口不说了。只是想指出一点，2000年之后的车，尤其是近两三年的很
多美国车，安全测试都可以拿到四星或五星。我个人认为，“吸能”是目前车，不管哪
国哪种品牌的车，的共同趋势。
误区之二--“吸能”车在什么样情况下都安全。在正面碰撞下，所谓“吸能”，也就是
车头主动变形，延长撞击时间，从而缓和对车内人的冲击力。简单物理公式，能量=力X
作用距离。这个力是车头Crumble zone（撞击缓冲区）的平均变形抵抗力，跟车的材料
和结构相关，这里的距离是车头可缩短的距离。理想来说，这个缓冲变形距离越长越好

1 pkg shredded hashbrowns
1 can cream celery soup
1 can cream cheddar soup
1 cup real bacon crumbles (real not imitation)
you can also use ham or sausage
2 pkgs shredded monterey jack cheese
1 8oz container sour cream
Mix all ingredience and half of cheese pour into a casserole dish sprayed
with pam. add remainder of cheese to top of casserole, bake at 400 degrees
until cheese is melted. cool before serving. |

但 active dry yeast 是需要proof 的
有的rapid dry yeast 也需要proof
但instant yeast 不需要。

伦敦有两家Nobu, 一家在花园街(Park Lane)， 大都会酒店内(Metropolitan Hotel

太离谱。后来发现自己在家DIY并不难，味道雷同80%以上，成本20%不到。=^_^=
需要的材料和工具有：
Vanilla cake mix , Vanilla icing, Wilton Candy Melt (pink), Sprinkles,
Lollipop sticks and bags, Wilton Pops Decoration Stand.

1. Bake the cake as instructed on the box. Let it cools.

Blockbuster Shrs Plunge; Reportedly Mulls Bankruptcy

company has hired Kirkland & Ellis to explore a possible bankruptcy filing.
