"the entire ball"..."between their outside edge" 这个球根本就是模棱两可。My
whole point is 这个球值得商榷。
我当然知道这是judgement call，对错都不能改变结果，就好比seahawks的hail mary。

要买ski racks，Thule和Yakima的都不错，主要看你打算以后要搭几副雪板到车顶。
一般来说，买个能放4副双板（是两两叠在一起）的就足够用了。 |

像是守门员用手接本方队员的回传球，以前是允许的，但是之后就不允许用手接本方队
员踢回来的回传球，头球回传还是可以的
但是如何判定进球有效，这个全进的规则几十年以来一直是这样，你要是看到这样的球

我没看比赛，所以不好评论，但反对判罚的显然没有说到点子上。
越位的三个条件：
1.处于越位位置, 这个通常比较简单
2.the ball is last played or touched by a teammate
3.involve in play as any of below:

Personally, I believe Federer has the skill to do it, but doesn't have any
reason to do it with the risk of hitting someone's face with other people
watching and in front of a camera.
For Dementieva one, I tend to believe it is made after multiple shots like

SS7／SIP／H.248等等，插上DSP卡還可以當媒體網關使用，內部crossbar走ATM，外部
TDM走SONET，IP走10GE，信令走SCTP，媒體走RTP，硬件是私有刀片服務器，Power架構

曾经用一个矩阵式的存储来实现neuron network，即对于任意N个神经元的网络，我都
可以用一个 N x N 的crossbar 来实现：
N条row线（dendrite）;
N条column线(axon);
第i行第j列的交点处的数据代表第i号神经元和第j号的神经元之间的synapse的weight。
这样无论什么样的网络连接都可以实现。但是问题是浪费硬件资源(N x N)！
一般的神经网络，neuron是分为好几层的，每层内部是没有互联的，只有层之间是有互
联的，对吧。
如果我仍然用以上行和列的方法来存储synapse的weight信息，如何才能不浪费硬件资
源（比如利用整齐而远少于N x N的设计）？有类似的资料可以推荐一下吗？

把整个base rack从车顶掀起。 我当时只开到65mile.
后来用最原始的foam+strap,用了4跟tie-down strap,从新墨西哥一直开到旧金山一路

80，一点都没有动过。
