前一阵那个UCLA的关于"Asians in the Library"的自白,虽说她

i*********5 发帖数: 19210 | 3 My daughter was at a crit race this past Sunday. Okay, kids pre-race of the
Youth Cup. When the kids are done, the teenager took over the course. Heavy
rain started pouring down. Boy, these kids were brave racing in that type of
condition. Any mistake or misjudgement would result in a crash like yours.
I have to say I don't have the guts for road races. I'll settle with XC MTB
and TT/Tri races. ;-) |

p********r 发帖数: 3799 | 6 The perennial Tour de France contender Andy Schleck pulled out of this year
’s race because of a spine injury he sustained during the Critérium du
Dauphiné last week. He said he hoped to recover in time to compete at the
London Olympics. The men’s Olympic race will take place on July 28, less
than a week after the Tour ends. Schleck finished second in the 2010 Tour
but was awarded the title earlier this year after Alberto Contador was
disqualified for doping. He was second last year to Cadel Eva...

Cyclists are innovators, constantly hunting for an edge. Over the last half-
century, we've tried thousands of methods to become stronger, faster, and
smarter on a bike—many of which have been discarded through the years.
These have endured.
1. To corner, enter wide and exit wide.
2. Brake Less
It sounds counterintuitive, but the harder you yank on the brakes, the less
control you have over your bike. The best riders brake well befo...

trains with guys every weekend on long distance. She recently won the fourth
place in a crit race (her second ever). She is mainly a long distance
cyclist and has been racing in Gran Fondo for years. And she is leaner than
me for sure.
If you follow the links I posted above, you will see that almost all
trainers and cyclists agree that cycling will bulk up thighs. If you haven't
reached to that intensity level, sure, you may on...

Lewis touched on a variety of topics in a free give-and-take with report

Criticized widely for his performance as head coach, Lewis also was crit
