有attending的LOR作证啊。那个是我新收的病人，CRF有大量胸水。我的IM attending
叫我去帮忙做这个procedure的时候，我以为也是帮忙消消毒铺铺巾什么的。谁知道那
个ICU的attending就直接指导我，让我做了几乎所有的操作，除了他自己做了切开皮肤
，后面的插管和缝合都是我自己做的。记得自己都紧张得不行，所幸自己也完成的很圆
满。当时在ICU的一个给病人做透析的护士还记住我了，因为他在其中有帮忙，后来我
跟另外一个attending去看血透的病人，他还跟我打了招呼呢。
确实，不可否认的时候，他们这个公司以及其他的中介公司他们临床的点都是有好的也
有不那么好的。有个朋友在外州做的一个out-patient的点，她觉得不怎么样。所以选
择和他们的沟通很重要。

statistician。所以那个randomization code就是他自己产生的，不需要从IVRS那里再
传回来。其次，就算randomization code是IVRS自己产生的，做Interim的时候要传过
来，那也是可以QC的。比如利用kit randomization。 CRF上的kit code和kit
randomization 要对上，对上后kit对应的treatment code要和通过patient ID对上的
treatment code再对上，这个randomization code才算对。在传过来之前，IVRS自己也
肯定做过QC的。如果他们传错了数据，那也是IVRS的责任，和statistician有什么关系？
clinical trial里plcebo组有时候也会有placebo effect。如果placebo真的对病情没

另外 红楼梦版本众多 什么脂砚斋版本、列宁格勒本、程甲本、程乙本等

楼主用NLP工具处理，请问用的是什么中文分词软件？
毕竟红楼梦是中文 涉及到中文的NLP 第一步就是分词
现在比较好的是用CRF做的分词软件，但是用的training data都来自现代汉语
红楼梦跟现代汉语多少有些区别 因此想问楼主 有没有用合适的corpus重新train一个
model用来做分词？ |

是的。这个一一对应是个死规定。
这个模板是SDTM guideline，还是你们公司自己的模板？
也许这个公司模板是放之四海而皆准的，对于不同的study都适用，这类test都归于一个testcd，每个study里只可能出现list里面的一个，而不会出现全部。你做的时候只要一查这个模板，就知道如何给testcd了。如果同时出现了两个，那么testcd里的value会要相应调整。
还有，
在同一个study里，把不同的test 归到一个testcd里，这样的情况很罕见。也许每个公司
做法不一样。你最好查看一下CRF和sap shell，是不是design上把同一test的sub-test
归成一个test做分析。
我不是SDTM达人。不过我们公司所有的ADaM data都是基于SDTM，接触了接近将近60个
study了吧。这个情况我未遇到过。
如果我遇到这个问题，基于我们公司现在的做法3.1.2 guideline，会直接认为是错的
，然后给comment，除非对方给出强有力的理由，不然还得一对一。 |

子的证据去反驳。
CRF是个问卷。就是问有没吃安眠药（假设的），吃了几天。
问卷有两个要回答的东西，一个是从drop-down menu里选出安眠药的具体种类，A, B,
C, D,然后在紧接的blank里，填吃了几天。 貌似只有一个问题。
所以test就变成了 usage of a, usage of b, usage of c....
他家要求testcd用同一个 "DRUG"， 在--orres放了天数
奇怪的是cdisc的forum里，对这种用法有人觉得可行。
一个testcd，每个study里只可能出现list里面的一个，而不会出现全部。你做的时候
只要一查这个模板，就知道如何给testcd了。如果同时出现了两个，那么testcd里的
value会要相应调整。

environment is very similar to the pharmaceuticals (STUDY DESIGN, PROTOCOL,
SAP, CRF, TLFs etc.). The SAS sills you've developed should be equally
