关于债券和约的解释，谁欠钱谁还钱和约中条款如何解读，由和约的约定法院管辖按照
约定的法律解读，尤其如果当事方已经参加约定法院的诉讼过程，被视为任何豁免的最
有效的放弃。
但是这并不等于当事方的财产也受该法院管辖，尤其如果债务不涉及抵押财产的。主权
债券都是没有抵押财产的unsecured debt。当事国将某一合同的解释权交给某一法院管
辖，并不意味这当事国放弃了对其所有财产的豁免权。说简单点，阿国欠几个
unsecured creditors钱，美国法院不能把阿国驻美大使馆的房子或资产强制变卖以执
行判决。
阿国在国际法院并没有就纽约法院对债券的争议有管辖权提出疑义，但是美国法院冻结
了阿国在美国资产，导致阿国没法履行其他债券下的义务，阿国认为这超出了美国法院
的管辖权，或者主张说阿国在美国的资产有主权豁免，是有官司可打的（并不是说它一
定就能赢，但是基于各种国际法理论，它有赢的可能，当然如果美国应诉的话）。

很简单：透支未来。
里根给富人减税以讨好富人获得富人支持，同时增加联邦政府支出来创造就业。国

标 题: ！！！！！车子问题,请大家帮忙参谋下！！！！！

2014 Dodge Grand Caravan
2月份买的新车，开了5500mile开始出问题（我以为买新车省心，没想到更费心）
第一次出问题症状：
高速40迈速度行驶中，突然油门踩到底车子都没动力，方向盘锁住几乎打不动，车子惯
性前进，很用力打方向盘才迫使车子停在了紧急车道。然后直接拖到了dealer那。当时
吓了个半死，没想过试图重新启动车子。（后来dealer的报告上说车子拖到dealer后，
他们发现车子能正常点火和行驶，没法duplicate问题，但是看到气缸miss fire的
error code）
对应dealer诊断和修理：
发现4号气缸miss fire的error code，检修发现气缸header一器件非正常磨损，换了该
器件，告诉我修好了

要勾哪个，如果向自己银行贷款要勾哪一项，
填表中balance是剩余这里balance是什么意思 creditor是债务人
References(required)是什么意思

sales program 是填什么
Base price 是是selling price 还是 invoice price
Request amount 是什么意思 net trade 旧车的价值 ps我没有旧车首次买车
