creditor，然后把问题搞清楚，让他们反馈给讨债公司。
我这些麻烦都是听了ATT一个营业员的建议，直接扔掉了讨债信，block了他们的电话，

成closed by customer，结果信用记录还是显示closed by creditor，结果有两年左右
每次申citi都因为这个问题被citi列为unsatisfactory relationship with citi而不

今天刷新credit karma，发现赫然1个derogatory！信用分支线下降68分
去年使用brighthouse的网络每月付29.99刀一切安好，7月底lease到期，7月中旬电话
他们让他们月底terminate服务，电话那头还问我要不要现在terminate，我说当然不了
，一来我交钱交到月底的，二来我要住到月底才搬走还需要使用，再次嘱咐那头让他7
月30号cut off，他说OK
7月30号搬走后正好回去了趟，9月底过来直接去了新地址，发现一堆forward的信，包
括brighthouse给我8月和9月的账单！打电话给他们说不是service都terminate了还给
我bill？电话那边竟然说没有显示7月底terminate的迹象！我说我七月就给你们电话了
让你们月底cut off的，最后他们说因为我没有退回他们的model所以他们视为service
still ongoing，遂退回那个两月没用堆满灰尘的model
后来也没登陆过brighthouse的账户，11月开始收到collection的信，让我支付111.18

一个垃圾讨债公司 似乎在替sprint 向我催债, 问题是我来美国以后从来没有
和 sprint 有过交道,只用过 att 和 tmobile 的电话服务, 我的 equifax and
experian 的 credit reports 里面也没这个信息.
在 transunion 的网站 上 online dispute 也没有用, 说是 complete investigation,
但是错误的信息还是存在,只是更新了 Date Updated: .
因为我根本不知道这个信息怎么来的,所以也无法提供证据
请有经验的达人帮忙看看,多谢了

Collector: ERC
Original creditor: 11 AT T
打电话给ERC，给了自己的信息，完全查不到任何collection.
让我打电话给ATT，所有账户都没有欠钱。
打电话给Transunion，直接给dispute了，但是拒绝给ERC的account #.
再次打给ERC，还是查不到. 要account #
Transunion因为已经under dispute了，上网拿不到free report，还是拿不到ERC的
account#.
教训是先不要dispute，先上网要free credit report，看到ERC的account #.
至少这样可以跟ERC问一下什么情况。
能看到的信息是Account open date: 12/08/2016 我那天还真打电话取消了一个AT&T
账户，但是今天打电话确认过了，那个账户还有40多的credit，完全没有欠钱。
现在是不是也只能等dispute的结果了？十几年了没有出现过这种问题。

的时候，首先去索取完整的信用报告。
一定要去3个信用局拿报告，因为有时候DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION
FILED只会出现在某个信用局的报告上。
有DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION FILED也别慌，下面是我的经历。
大概在15年6月左右我discover的FICO显示我分数一下从740以上掉到了640左右。显示
的原因是DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION FILED。于是我就去了这个众所周
知的地方 www.annualcreditreport.com
虽然免费但是这个对于地址更换频繁的人来说不一定好用。我最后仅从EXP拿到了报告
，其他2家不能verify地址。。。
下面是我从EXP报告中看到了
说我欠了ATT钱没有还，于是给我file了collection

请问这个到底是说明我现在是欠谁的钱？是citi bank还是collection company？如果
是后者我该如何联系他们？另外打了citi他们说可以现在付清但credit report好像只
会显示付清不会消除，所以暂时没付。因为听说付了以后就不好negotiate了。

也有优先级。银行借款基本都是有assets back的，这叫secured，比unsecured要高。
这个记录是可以查的，原则是先到先得。估计那30w基本是给那些级别比银行高的，而
且银行觉得backed assets还有用的。比如用一辆车抵押了5000块，车值2w。银行就可
以考虑把车留着把钱还了。你基本上是unsecured creditor，银行没什么动力还你钱。
你前面排了那么多人，正常情况下再怎么要也轮不到你，除非你能证明某些人明知破产
还找你借钱（Bona fides），而且只是针对你，你可以找那个人要钱。
