发帖数: 1160 | 2 最近打算买房子，所以查了一下credit score，时间不是非常长从06年开始的。
分数还可以，但是有个关于high balance的需要提醒一下大家，就是这个是看你曾经刷
卡消费的最高金额，而不是当前的。我不知道这个曾经最高金额是否会一直保留还是2年
就会更新。
我有2张卡应该是在去年有两个月基本上刷到credit limit上，所以我现在的这个balan
ce/limit比例是惨不忍睹，到了60%。我总的credit limit是49000，结果high balance
是超过了30000.
这个直接影响了我的credit score了。
所以呢，大家刷了卡，如果balance比较高了，还是提前还一点比较好，不要让这个hig
h balance 体现在statement上。这个等得statement出来后再还省下的利息基本可以忽
略不计。
另外就是你曾经开了的卡，如果关了，这个credit limit就直接变成了balance了。我有
几张chase的卡，是chase主动给我关了，这也是我credit balance居高不下的另一个原
因。

it's the subsequent results, ie. the change of your total credit line, the
change of your average credit history (time), that would affect the credit
score.
This is very different from when u open a CC. That action of opening(
applying for) a CC will impact your credit score directly coz the lender
would make hard pulls from 1 to 3 credit bereaus. |

话过去，说没有发现有人用我的信息申请。但是我确实有他们家credit card，是我几
年前刚来美国时在学校银行开的credit card。他们说可能是银行每年都会pull我的
credit report，来调整interest rate什么的。他说是soft pull。这是真的么？会不
会影响信用分数呢？马上要贷款，心里好毛。我该去和credit report company
dispute么？用什么做支持呢？难道就说someone run my credit, and I am not
authorizing it??

我有一张capital one的credit card， limit是500块。现在我发现我的available
credit是480，还有77的balance。我觉得很奇怪，因为既然我的available credit高于
balance，那么他们是不是会自动把我的available credit的钱转到balance里面呢，这
样我就不会有balance存在了。
我的payment due date是两天以前，但是账户里面还有balance，不知道这个会不会

年Arm，我的Credit Score为802分，时间是2011-08-01。
后来房子没有买成，于是开始乱花钱和开卡，买了辆车，为了杀价要了车贷，奸商居然
要我的8.25%的利率。让它多赚了首月300多的车贷，第二个月果断还清所有贷款，大约
3W多。后来陆续申请了Sapphire，UA Explorer和Hilton AMEX卡。
现在突然又想买房子了，再去Chase银行申请Pre-Approval Letter，给了3.25%的利率
，5年Arm，我现在的Credit Score为768分，时间是2012-04-24。
个人感觉：Credit Score 760分以上都一回事，过了800放心的搞Credit Card的Deal，
影响不大。但申多了卡可能副作用就出来了，需要用还车贷等方法来弥补。当然，本人
还有一个正在还贷的Townhouse，估计升Credit Score的作用更大。
看到网上有人为养Credit Score的问题，所以将本人的实例拿出来作参考。希望对大家

search了一下，这个insurance credit score的模型考虑的点也是和普通credit score
差不多，比如hard pull， utilization等等，但是肯定考虑的权重不同，才会出现两
个score一个是excellent，一个是poor

Equifax credit report上完全没有credit inquiry. 我去年一年申请的6张卡account

，住balcony房间的passenger上船后每人会给50刀的onboard credit,我当时没有打印
出来，就上船了，一直以为这个credit会自动到我账号了，后来下船前发现给的bill没
有把我认为有的credit考虑进去，今天打电话到customer service,他们说我的账户了
没有任何credit,是不是我自己搞错了？到底有没有onboard credit呢？ |

Line 50, Education credits. Attach Form 8863 （LD有点学费）
Line 51, Retirement savings contributions credit.Attach Form 8880 （通过学校
存了点退休金）
Line 52, Child tax credit (see page 42). Attach Form 8901 if required （听说
小孩只要有ITIN 就可以得到这个Credit）。

小孩）。2014年预扣的税是按w4单身算的，通过报税将预扣税全部退回，还额外拿了一

8月6日收到ITIN号。

那个credit report可容易弄混了，当年我LG的experian的credit report和我们学校一
个女生
的弄混了，因为两个人名字就差一个字，然后又曾经在同一个apartment complex住过
，street
name一样；后来我LG打电话去dispute，那人就说哪个不是你的给你去掉就行了，后来
好像去掉了几
个帐号，但是personal information还是一样的，两个人的都在上面，后来我们就懒得
follow up
了；今年年初的时候我又查了一下我LG的credit report，结果发现现在是三个人的混
在一起了，又
加了一个纽约的什么人。
打电话去dispute是长长的录音，最后也懒得管了，好在都是中国人，credit记录都比
较好，估计谁
也没拖累谁，后来我们贷款的时候好像credit report上正常了，不过当时收到的
credit report

标 题: 请教个credit card 的问题

如果刚开始用credit card的时候申请的卡，用了几年之后想换成其他reward高的卡，
怎么操作？把旧卡cancel掉换新卡？直接开新卡，旧卡闲置？
听说credit card太多或者cancel掉credit card， 都会影响credit score， 那大家都
是怎么办的 呢？
另外大家每人有几张credit card？

出很多不同层次的generalization。
这儿我举几个例子，从low level到high level：
1）做网上生意的中国人credit还真的是不行
2a) 做网上生意的人credit还真的是不行
2b）做生意的中国人credit还真的是不行
3a）做生意的人credit还真的是不行
3b）中国人credit还真的是不行
4）人的credit还真的是不行
这几个层次不同的结论里，你偏偏挑了（3b)。这或许跟你的思想有关系。
这种思想，或许就是追风所谓的“自恨”，因为（3b)这个generalization跟你自身最
相关。

cash settlement 没有credit event 返回par。 有credit event 返回 par minus
value of reference asset at time of credit event。
是不是说如果underlying 发生default 价格从par (假设100)掉到80，则返回100-80=
20。怎么我觉得应该返回80也就是value of asset at credit event。 不然的话如果
asset掉价为0了，反而返回100了，不是弄反了吗。
还有在physical settlement， 网上有的资料说如果发生credit event返回那个
underlying asset给investor，但是书上说返回initial proceed(我理解就是par)
minus value of delivered asset。是不是搞错了?

工作三年，最近非常迷茫。
三年前FINANCE Master毕业，排名前50的商学院（与top无缘），又是F1, 所以等到第
一个办H1的offer来时想都不想就接受了。先解决“温饱“吧，谁叫我们没有选择权呢
（当时全班就只有我和另外一个人有offer
于是就这样稀里糊涂地在一个上市保险公司给客户提供credit的部门干了三年。顶着
financial analyst的title, 做的是类似银行loan部门credit analyst和S&P credit
analyst的工作。每天用bloomberg，写无数的公司分析报告（类似S&P reports那种）
。每天工作很重复。 我是在business unit, 不在公司的ERM，Reporting部门,所以完
全没有上升空间，除非我想做underwriter.
打算换工作，本想我有CFA, FRM，还有Master in Finance, 现在绿卡也有了（老公
EB1A)，又有一点工作经验，还有SAS Base, 换到大银行好换吧。结果投了不少大银行
