每次买的都是creamy，心里默认花生酱就是这样子的。
一天，买了老大一瓶，第二天早晨打开吃才发现，样子和以前吃的不一样，以为买错了
，室友说这个也叫花生酱，但是chunky。
哦。
吃了下，觉得不大习惯。懒得去换了，日子对付着继续过吧。
因为瓶子太大，吃了好久，过程中，渐渐开始喜欢it了，很有嚼头。
天下没有不散的宴席。
那么大的一瓶，吃完了。
想起，我那已经失散n久的creamy。是否风采依旧。
再去超市，怀着回味的心情，买了creamy。
早晨，打开。原本略微期待的心情，却忽然觉得平淡乏味。咀嚼的过程，少了一份努力
，失去了一份享受。

vinegar，甚至不用dressing，但是有人喜欢creamy salad dressing，怎么办呢？
不妨自己用Greek yogurt做dressing，如果还嫌不够creamy，再加点打碎的avocado 进
去。调味就看自己了，我一般会放点盐 胡椒 和新鲜香料进去（basil, cilantro都很
合适），还可以放点辣酱（比如印度菜常用的green chili sauce，或者墨西哥菜常用
的red chili sauce）。一小盒Fage Greek yogurt调好以后，可以吃3-4次。

类仅限于Spaghetti和Macaroni。上大学的时候，系里长期流传着这么一种说法：对于

美国的泰国菜，和其他菜一样都会本地化，比如：加糖，加creamy。
所以不喜欢糖和太 creamy 的人一定要记得提醒 no added sugar and less creamy/
coconut cream.
Eastside 的泰国菜不多不少大概吃过6家，有的多次去过。感觉是喜欢的东西质量不稳
定。
比如我最喜欢的是 beef salad，有时候出来的beef 是热的 （应该是现烧现切的），
但是同一家店，就是可能不同－－－
即使我嘱咐过，牛肉要热。
有时候要叫他们帮我加lime juice。
Bel_Red 上 Safeway 出门右边数家之隔有个泰国菜，喜欢它的原因之一是他们的霓虹
灯是很漂亮的紫色，字体也飘逸大
方，名字却忘记了，呵呵。感觉它家的牛肉沙拉是最好的: spicy, tangy, juicy。但
是一样要嘱咐：no added sugar, beef
must be hot and extra lime juice.
这家的装饰比较下本钱，而且感觉他们对生意好不好不很在乎，心态是相当的平和！

I've been tracking the price of ON's 100% casein for a week now. I
originally had my mind on the regular "non natural" casein. It's going for $
38.07 with S&S in chocolate supreme & creamy vanilla and I was waiting for
it to go down a few until I bit. I just checked the price on the Chocolate
Creme NATURAL version of this for $37.31 w/ S&S.
Obviously it's cheaper than the normal casein and some people like this more

煮粥都没什么鲜味，很腥气。但澳洲出一张变种龙虾，头是扁的，在昆洲叫morenton
bay bugs，那个肉质嫩，鲜，脑袋里面的黄也不错。
北美国的龙虾，肉质天生是stripe形状，不太好做刺身，但把肉取出后作宫保非常好吃
，头和虾壳煮粥很鲜。最好吃的是头里的黄，母的是带红色的，否则是绿色的。灰常灰
常好吃，可惜老美不懂享受，把头都去掉。法国人以前把绿的东西暂起来，作bread
spread.但是后来有人对那个过敏，吃了后容血症死了，现在只有自己家里面作了。
澳洲龙虾贵，是因为澳洲人懒剁，工资高，全国最低工资15刀/小时，所以什么东西都
贵，不是因为质量好。袋鼠在超市买菜都是一根一根挑的。还有好像澳洲龙虾不让下笼
子，只能钓。北美国的龙虾便宜是人工便宜，下笼子抓的产量高。海洋省的渔民收入只
有2万一年。
澳洲的牛肉也很老，不好吃。因为是外面放养吃草的。亚洲的进口牛肉基本都是澳牛。
美国和北美国的牛肉嫩，是因为最后几个月谓玉米，所以美牛的质地好很多。
