There is difference between cashflow and dividend. It is perfectly fine
for company not to pay dividend but instead used it for future growth.
But if the company does not generate any cash and does not have
any hope of generating cash in the future, then it is not investment.

主要是costco的质量把关很好，他家的buyer只挑他们觉得最好的东西来卖，商品种类
虽然比一般超市少很多，但大多是好东西，价格相对便宜且退货不罗嗦，在他家买东西
很省心。而免费试吃和超大包装，并且不像其他超市摆放各个走道的指示牌，就是
Costco为了吸引顾客，让大家越买越多的策略。
推荐costco家的各种水果(eg. 黑莓，蓝莓，樱桃，水梨，番茄，黄瓜），烟熏鲑鱼
，烤鸡，各种肉类和鱼虾，橄榄油，米的话除了国宝，幸福象牌的米便宜又好吃(前提

驶进2月港，纽约市植物园即将迎来第14届兰花展，今年的主题是“19世纪兰花狂
热风”(Orchidelirium Craze)，整个展览旨在展现19世纪维多利亚时代人们对于兰花
疯狂的寻找和迷恋。
据纽约植物园协理副主席凯伦·道伯曼(Karen Daubmann)介绍，19世纪，英国人在
海外大规模拓展种植园和生产基地的同时，也在极尽可能地搜罗各地的植物以丰富个人
的园艺收藏，而兰花的优美与变幻莫测，使得它成为了人们疯狂追逐的对象。
当时，许多有钱人雇佣的“兰花猎人”进入世界的每一个角落去寻找和采集兰花新
种，从中东欧的平原到婆罗洲的雨林，大量的兰花被发现、被掠取，运送到欧洲的植物

算是SD比较有特色的burger馆子。有各种奇怪的肉，鳄鱼肉，鸵鸟肉，响尾蛇肉，瞪羚
肉，什么的，味道还不错，就是有点小贵，西红柿，cheese什么的都要单加钱。他家自

分量的hash和pancake，pancake超赞，而且不贵，每次去downtwon必去,周末11点半之
前到不用排队很久。
去la jolla cove的话推荐一家法国餐馆Tapenade,有点小贵，但是很精致，是一个法国
朋友推荐的号称SD最地道的法国餐馆。附近也有很多其他西式餐厅，有特点的也挺多的
，沿街走到处都是。
zoo附近还有一家Tioli's Crazee Burger，上过food channel的triple D的，提供各种
奇怪的burger（鳄鱼，羚羊，骆驼，水牛，鸵鸟什么的），尝鲜的话可以去试试。
吃海鲜的话推荐去crab hut,4646 Convoy Street，沿街还有很多中餐馆。 |

Zuckerberg has joined the Lin-Sanity craze sweeping the nation as he
attended the Knicks game this afternoon.
Seated directly behind basketball star Jeremy Lin's bench, the Facebook
founder cheered on the New York team as they battled the NBA's defending
champion, the Dallas Mavericks.
With ABC televising the game, shots of various celebrity audience members
flashed by with Mr Zuckerberg among them. |

Jeremy Lin craze is picking up steam again.
The Houston Rockets guard is creeping back onto the national radar, and his
scoring resurgence has prompted another occurrence of racially tinged
commentary by an ESPN employee.
The most recent incident involves ESPN anchor Jorge Andres, who was
anchoring the 9 p.m. EST edition of SportsCenter on Thursday when he dropped
a one-liner about Lin “cooking with peanut oil.”

efficient at "变胖" to improve our survival edge. We craze for "bad" foods
that can be easily turn into fat. The whole digestive system, with the help
of all those hormones gets so efficient at storing fat, simply follow the
rule of "规律吃饭" probably is not enough to keep a healthy weight. |
