很简单。尝试了下，效果不专业但自个儿还挺得意，和大家分享下。
幕斯本身的制作方法，原料只有：8 OZ cream cheese, 1.5 cup草莓，0.5 cup糖，可
加1 Tbsp牛奶使口感更松软。然后打匀但不要打得太过细腻，留些草莓果粒风味及口感
更好。关于铺置杯底用的黄桃味果冻就是Jell-O，大家可以根据喜好买不同口味的啦。
制作幕斯虽然程序简单，但是需要多花心思的是如何将这款小资甜品美化到梦幻，可以
用椰丝水果有色糖粒一类的自己发挥想象力。我的想像能力和动手能力有限，希望这效
果还算对得起观众。。
大家大可以在这基础上自行创新各种味道的幕斯，比如要是在cream cheese里加入巧克
力粉,就是巧克力味的，下面可以铺置奶味果冻，顶层铺置些cracker末，放一根儿黑白
配之类的棍形小饼干，效果应该也不错。

Deviled Eggs
煮鸡蛋，剥皮，切成两半，蛋黄拿出来，加了FatFree的美奶滋、芥末和蒜粉，搅拌到

爬梯时候带去的，所以没有切开，后一张是去年做的，那时候方子还不成熟，里面组织
还不够细腻。
9寸springform烤盘
材料
1.5杯 graham cracker crumbs
1/4～1/2杯 融化黄油
1小勺肉桂粉
• 4盒 (8 ounce) 奶油奶酪
• 1.25杯白糖
• 3/4 杯牛奶
• 4个鸡蛋
• 1杯sour cream
• 1大勺香草精
• 2大勺低筋面粉
做法
1. 烤箱预热 325 F . 9寸烤盘涂油防沾，外面包裹两层铝箔纸
2. 混合消化饼和融化的黄油，加入肉桂粉，铺在烤盘底部
3. 在大腕里，mixer混合奶油奶酪和白糖直到smooth（不可以过度搅拌），用木勺
搅拌进牛奶，蛋液（一次次慢慢加）加 sour cream, 香草精，过筛面粉直到smooth，
倒入烤盘
4. 烤盘入烤箱，放在热水中水浴，烤箱中层烤1小时15分钟 |
