原来，这个骗子被抓后，居然说当时行骗的是他的双胞胎哥哥。国际刑警介入才最终确认了骗子的身份。
昨天，温州中院判决，喀麦隆籍男子COSMAS NYONGA（音译：科斯马斯?尼诺加）犯有诈骗罪，一审判处有期徒刑4年，处罚金15万元，驱逐出境，并追缴诈骗犯罪所得返还被害人。
自称是美国人的外教说要开酒吧
事情还要从2008年1月说起，诈骗案的这个主角进入中国，来到了温州。
不过，当时他自称叫“迈克”，是美国人，并在温州开了个英语补习班。
后来，吴女士的孩子来到了这个补习班学习，一来二去和“迈克”认识了。
2009年9月，“迈克”带吴女士等人，去了当地江滨路一家酒吧，“他自称是那里的股东”。“迈克”提出，吴女士可以入股，许诺高息。
吴女士信以为真，很快就将30万人民币兑换了美元，交给了“迈克”。仅仅4天之后，当吴女士再联系“迈克”时，却发现他已经不见踪影。
天津落网，却说案子是孪生哥哥犯的
吴女士报案，一查，这个“迈克”根本就不是酒吧股东，他也成了温州警方追查的对象。
但“迈克”就像人间蒸发一样，再无音讯。
