带宽单位到底是Hz(rad)还是bit/s？
计算机专业的人不学通信原理只学上层的计算机网络原理，计算机网络一般只研究信息
传输速率而不涉及通信原理中傅立叶变换功率谱密度那套东西，所以他们认为带宽单位
就是bit/s；通信专业的人学了通信原理，里面没完没了地研究传输信号功率谱或者频
谱的宽度，所以他们认为带宽的单位是Hz(rad)。

COS（China Operating System）。据悉，COS可以应用于个人电脑、智能掌上终端、机
