I consider myself a fan of the new NSF series (hot pursuit, most wanted etc.
.). My favorite is hot pursuit and tht's why I purchased Rivals which is
supposed to be the successor of the previous cop-racers feast. And best of
all Criterion was involved in the production (the team that made hot pursuit

police brutality, and the first one named was Akai Gurley, not even Eric
Garner.
For Akai Gurley, I would suggest the victim family hire their own forensics
expert to investigate. Or NYPD cop Peter Liang's family can do that. Because
at first the NYPD said it was an accident, a ricocheted bullet from Liang's

周一去Cincinnati 逛 Saks，快到的时候车渐渐多起来，而且三条道车都走得很慢，看到我前面4-5辆车有一个警车，本来还在骂cop占路，后来发现限速55的路我们车流速度居然只有不到50（通常Cop压路是压着限速+5开，谁超他就搞谁），正好右面一个出口，有不少车出去了，我就以65（表速，实际会略低）的速度慢慢超过去，然后就看到，警车前面是一个大红色敞篷saab 9-3，开车的是个白人老太太，感觉开的巨紧张，稳稳地控制50mph的速度，我甚至都能看到她手指抓方向盘抓得紧紧地。
我还跟车上的朋友开玩笑说，这老太太真死心眼，赶紧给cop让路不就完了。这个警察也是死心眼。。。
结果刚超过去也就2-3辆车的距离，cop终于受不了闪灯了，于是老太太就华华丽丽的被pull了。

23号我从BOS机场开车出来大概半个小时的地方被pull over，然后收到一张citation。
所以一个礼拜前我发了一篇文章求助在外州收到一张citation，请问怎么申诉。
以下是全文：
MA三道的高速上，限速65，我在最左边快车道开76。警车尾随，以为超速了结果被告知
开太慢block了后面的traffic要移到中间道，警车是一辆大的SUV我完全看不到后面的
traffic。给了张citation，fine100，然后说你自己读决定怎么做，一个问题都没回答
就走了。我觉得自己就跟着前面开，后面被block了有什么办法，再说都到76了。
真觉得警察是穷疯了吗？还是这个月规定的ticket份额还没完成？请教如何申诉？我是
外州牌照，只在MA呆一个礼拜。

1.Cops are assigned where to go and when.
2.If a cop stops a car, he has to report it to the headquarter right away
about plate number, color and when and where, of course he will report his
name or ID number too.
3. It is required to keep the video recorder rolling while he talks to the
driver and gives a ticket.
4. Policement department usually keep detailed log or record. Anybody who
made up or delete these records is a serious crime.

asked me how fast was I driving. I said at most 60 mph. The judge said "

我这里是CLEMSON,SC, 我问了几次我们这里的COPS, 结果如下:
1. 在某公园遇到COPS, 我就分别问了当场执勤的两个COPS,两人的回答都是可以在后院
玩AIRGUN, 包括BB GUN 和发射铅弹的PELLET GUN, 只要别穿过界限, 别让邻居
COMPLAINT就行.
2. 电话问了某女COP, 回答是BB GUN可以, 但别把枪头的ORANGE颜色的标识去掉. 显然
, 这个是针对玩具BB GUN说的. 当时电话信号不清晰, 我也就没继续问了.

Ohio是一个非常pro gun 的州。最近通过的几个州法都是Pro gun的。
有CCW的Driver都是经过背景调查的。条子对于守法的人，cop 是不可能“不需要任何
理由就Pull over的”。我有几个Ohio有CCW的朋友，从来没有被Pull Over过。
你是那一个County的，你能PM我Cop的名字吗？我会把这个Cop的名字转给Buckeyes
Firearms Association。这个Cop会丢他的工作的。

1. 为什么没有人抱脚？是犯规吗? 还有扫腿什么的。
2. 倒地以后好像可以接着打，为什么没有人蹬踢？是犯规吗?
3. 不少时候cro cop的对手都莫名其妙的倒地，看来是受了内伤？有时候只被他踢腿擦
了边，过几秒就痛苦倒下，有人解说是骨折，cro cop也没穿鞋子，要骨折的话两边都
差不吧，难道cro cop练过什么。。。
总体感觉，快，狠是最关键的。我相信够快的人是能够躲过cro cop的踢腿并且反击，
应该能把他的支撑腿踢断。 |
