foot, following Chabbot's attempts at avoiding a parking ticket. The
incident was caught on camera and later uploaded to youtube. In the video,

the scene after the arrest

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt was on hand to witness her entrepreneur
boyfriend, Julien Chabbott, get arrested this past weekend when he ran over
a New York City cop’s foot with his Ferrari.
Chabbott wasn’t happy with a ticket he was getting for parking in a no
parking zone, so he proceeded to get into his car and try to drive away
despite the cop’s warning not to, and run over his foot while doing so.
Now, sources tell TMZ that Chabbott was just “frustrated” that the valet
had parked his car in an illegal spot and as a result, he was being made out
as the bad guy.
Chabbott also thinks that the cop, Officer Felix Recio, faked a foot injury,
as he’s fine when he yanks him out of the car but starts limping when
other cops came over for backup.
Although he’s not admitting to any wrongdoing, in the end, Chabbott was
charged with assault, vehicular assault, disorderly conduct and obstruction
of governmental administration.

在美国，警察面前还是得老老实实地比较好。 |
