，下课了都不想起来。人要是休息的好，心情自然就会好很多。
下午在办公室里有点累，於是昏昏沉沉得做起白梦来。内容比较肉麻，就不和大家讲了，
虽然知道这个白日梦成真的可能性很小，但有希望总比没希望好。於是怀着对于那个白日

denial or repression, not effective. D is dependency and secondary gain,
not effective. C is acknowledging the loss and deciding how to cope with it
in a positive way....a hobby. I hope this helps. |

coping cover,deck另算.有的可能包括了coping cover,但是用的12"coping stone,或
是那种小砖,想做的漂亮,加宽成18" stamped concrete coping cover,就要加几千了,
有的材料选什么stone,那就更贵了,然后pool里面的finish upgrade成什么pebble tech
或是别的,在加spa,salt, heat, 喷水,多个1,2万很正常. 做下来光pool,大概5万是可
以做下来的,包阔个complete 的pool,带个18"边的.然后剩下pool deck,然后院子里面
的其他finish在加个几万很正常.如果你院子比较平,比较好分开project, 你自己来
manage,就把pool和pool deck分开做,做院子的人也另外找人做,可以省些钱. |

的遭遇值得人们同情。我看有些CASES也是觉的很惨兮兮的。可是我觉的这些孩子
不需要什么同情，也不需要告诉世界自己的遭遇。这些孩子最需要的指导他们如何
COPE这些经历，如何换个思维思考他们的遭遇。因为过多的同情或者倾诉容易让人
迷失自己本来的目的。。。比如说，是内心想要度过这中不安的状态，还是说只要人们
的同情。。。这些孩子也有自己的尊严，所以我不会去同情这些孩子，我也相信
如果他们碰到合适的人，也是能够从过去不好的事情中成长起来，内心变强大。也许也
能帮助其他类似孩子成长起来，因为知道他们需要什么样的帮助，什么样的COPING
STRATEGY。
当然你可以说我站的说法不腰疼，这也是我真实的想法。也许你更应该是分享你是
如何COPE你的心里创伤的，而不是通过否定思想观念来教育这些孩子。这种方法不是

一，要耐心，要先拿废料试切找到好的角度再切有用的
二，用miter + coping 的方法比较好，尤其房子天花板不平的情况下
crown moulding有两条边，复杂的靠墙，简单的靠顶，不要搞反了
放到锯子上，锯子table就是顶，锯子的fenc是墙，所以复杂的边顶在fence上，简单的
边顶放table上
最好有钳子固定，不然锯子一碰就动
理论上是量了角度除二，切好
我发现还是不行，而且我的拐角其实比较直,89-92度之间，应该不是问题，虽然我偷懒
没有量
pingpingpang说是三维问题，因为天花板也不平，所以理论搞法也没用，最好就是先拿
废料试切找到好的角度再切有用的，慢慢试
其次，有两大方法，一种是两块都miter，最简单，如果天花板没问题
另一种是一块装到底，另一块先miter,再coping,个人经验这是最好的，尤其是在三维
都不直的情况下，所以我以后都用这种方法了

放掉重新铺一下。
至于为什么要重新铺，也是血泪教训。liner上的coping安的很差。当初买房子
的时候只知道查房哪知道查游泳池。有一段coping掉了下来。我以为把这段coping
取下来重新安就好，哪想得到有水压着liner根本就没法把这一段的liner重新
拉上来拉紧。能想得到的就是放水重安liner了。

我后来想了想，我觉着，娃娃有负面情绪，找到俺这来说的时候，俺搞得很复杂，目的
不主要是让娃好过，帮娃度过“难关”，教娃多种cope的技能；主要是让娃觉着TA有难
的时候，可以找娘去说，娘is always there，娘care，娘愿意听；跟娘讲不需要担心
被judge；娘可沟通，communication channel is always open；那么teenage的时候，
有难的时候，娃不会觉着，这事俺不能跟娘讲，她不懂，没兴趣听，靠不住。
俺同意，每个人cope的能力不同，方式不同，所以娃的问题要靠娃娃自己摸索最适合自
己的coping style。

Alcoa to cut 13,500 employees worldwide, reduce spending and production to

said Tuesday it will cut 13,500 jobs, or 13 percent of its work force, and

node以后怎么样找到需要move的item?

我当时让pool company来看，他们就说如果liner是5年旧，他们会坚决不推荐放水的。
coping是指水泥上面压着extrusion的石头或者水泥块。你是说liner从extrusion的
track中脱掉了吧？如果是的话，我建议你先请人来看。如果脱掉的那块不是很长，你
找两个人应该可以拉上来。新的liner弹性很好，如果是老的，就得向上面浇开水，我
在加水放水的过程中用开水修复了不少类似情况。很容易操作。
如果压力太大，提不上来，我建议你到harbor freight买一个滑轮组，一头用C-clamp
夹住松开的liner(受力要均匀)，找个地方固定，这样你的力量可以放大四倍。拉的时
候要慢慢拉长，比如一个小时缩紧半厘米。liner的弹性很好。我现在的liner受力不均
匀，一边边缘的方块只有9 in长，深水区已经13 in了，但仍然没有拉破。一旦把边缘
拉过coping的高度，你就可以轻松地把它塞在extrusion里面。
真的放水的话，千万不要放空，一旦放空，你的liner就完了。我当初其实就是有点小
漏，，结果冬天漏空了一半，后面一个问题连着一个问题，一直到现在不可... 阅读全帖 |
