Either one is quite noisy. Maybe I am too sensitive. I cannot have either on
and sleep. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to consider a
whole house humidifier that is connected to your heating system. |

宝宝去人家家里从来没有陌生感，总是玩得很好。等小朋友来家里的时候， 他现在是
兴奋异常，把他的车推得到处走，大力爬高爬低，竟然还主动过去抱小姐姐，还要把小
姐姐塞到车里推着走，终于把人家吓哭了：） 不知道这个小人大一点会如何啊，现在
我们都有些害怕他兴奋的状态。
爸爸的偶像
爸爸总是说宝宝够cool，够smart，常常睡前给我感叹，宝宝真是他的偶像，你看宝宝
坐在车里，椅子里，常常带着不屑一顾的样子，目光深邃，神态很 relaxed，像个大人
物在自己沉思，这时候，你怎么逗他他都不睬你。 他能迅速判断自己想做什么，目标
很明确，能够很容易找到外力来帮他，比如抱着你的大腿要抱着够东西，拉着你的手走
到他自己不敢/能去的地方，把他弄不了的 东西递给你给打开关上。懂得舍弃掉小目标
奔向大目标，明确，执着。还有他自己钻研学习的尽头，能坐在那里专心玩十几分钟学
会一个新本事。 一个小小人好像什么都明白。甚至宝宝平凡的外貌，爸爸也赞不绝口
，那黑亮的（小）眼睛，洁白的一口牙，挺直的小身板，长腿，窄臀，细脖子都成了爸
爸的经常 赞叹的对象，我只好说，真是儿子是自己的好啊。

今天在上面用bluray player 播放 Planet Earth, 然后把 3D 设成 2D->3D, Wow!

warm up 我一般开始的时候稍微慢点，然后按照easy run的速度1-2mile；
cool down 按照按照easy run的速度，除非interval 后太累会再慢一点。 |
