标 题: 新手问一个问题，关于驾驶记录的

这几天一直浏览版上的文章，很多人提到了上庭有机会轻判用驾校免掉记录，但是我不
清楚这个记录是免掉了点数还是conviction的记录？
比如在俺们VA，记录里会有两部分，一部分是conviction，就是被确认的违规，另一部
分就是对应的点数（VA叫demerit point）,有些轻微的conviction不会有点数，但会被
记入driving record。两部分的removal time也不一样，点数自违规日期两年后清，
conviction则视情节严重程度而定，最严重的罪名一辈子都会在record上，而且也是保
险公司评定等级的参考。
所以想请教一下各位前辈提到的上庭免记录是免了点数还是连conviction也都免了，如
果是后者的话是怎么做到的呢？多谢了！ |

太重了.纽约州的重罪分为A，B， C， D， E，F这样六个级别，依次从最重到最轻排列

angelfish确实很能生，所以是最著名的两种能breed in door feeder fish的鱼之一：
一种就是angelfish，另一种是convict cichlid。很多人养龙鱼，地图鱼，peacock
bass等大型食肉鱼的时候，都会另外养一缸angelfish或者convict，让它们breed，然
后用1个月左右的小鱼苗喂大鱼。这样省钱而且不担心会因为买店里的feeder fish而引
入寄生虫。angelfish比convict更好，因为小angelfish是中上层鱼种，不会象convict
一样钻洞东躲西藏，这样大鱼抓起来方便。不过，因为我很喜欢angelfish，所以我一
般不用angelfish fry喂大鱼。convict还行，那些家伙太aggressive了。
当然，你也不用太担心，很多fry会中途夭折。你可以送
送朋友，然后到local 的petshop转转，问问他们能不能tradein angelfish，绝大多数

seeking a drastically reduced sentence that would see him released from
federal prison within a year after convictions in 2011 for corruption
charges including extortion and wire fraud, according to U.S. court
documents.
Federal prosecutors countered, recommending in documents filed just before a
midnight Tuesday deadline that Blagojevich serve out his original 14-year
sentence, of which he has served more than four years.

不过怕得是跟上一次的ticket只差100天，然后我们州好像有个conviction law：
第一个ticket拿到后，如果交钱认罪，然后3-4个月没再犯，那conviction就dismiss掉
；如果之间再犯，那么旧账新帐一块算，算两个convictions；三个convictions就
suspend掉license。
所以做出决定前，先找个懂的人问问，看到底有没有这么回事；有得话，我们county到
底是3个月还是4个月；
交钱也无所谓，不过得确定我到底是67超40算的呢 还是67超27算；因为从来没听说过
有27的limit。 |
