你说的这个专业术语叫convention over configuration,
不叫magic好吧。你不喜欢这个，只能说是你的个人意见。
因为喜欢这个的人很多。对于大部分人来说，follow
这些convention足够了，需要突破这些convention的时候，
当然需要一些资深的人来设立新的convention for their own teams
总体而言用RoR开发的速度还是比J2EE快无数倍。

面对于地雷的protocol还是比较松散的(不过一直不断的在修正）。CCW不禁止 “
transfer”地雷，但是“transfer”的对象仅限于国家，所以卖给苏丹政府没问题，不
能卖给叛军。当然如果苏丹政府在使用地雷上不遵照 CCW 的规定（譬如按照规定，雷
区必须标识出来，以避免平民伤亡），按照公约中国就有责任了，因为地雷不能出口给
不履行 CCW 的国家。但是在卖地雷的时候，很难判断买家会不会遵守 CCW，中国不可
能也没有权力监督买家的行为，所能做只是在相关机构证实买家违反 CCW 后禁止出售
地雷。但是这样的证实也非常的困难，所以中国在80年签订 CCW 时是有保留的，并在

如果有1000个男的，1000的女的，放到一个孤岛上。理论上，他们很快会结成1000对伴
侣，但实际上比这复杂多了。
这1000个女的当中，有800个会去围着男的当中200个条件最好的转。这200个男的平均
每人有四个女的，于是就变得花心，在多个女的中间周旋，保持好几个炮友。而其他
800个男的就很难操上逼，心理容易出问题，有的会攻击那些Top 20%的男的，成为杀人

latest Gallup Poll Daily tracking results.
These results are based on Sept. 5-7 interviewing, and are the first in
