死磕了。也因为现在还有希望获得提名，所以最佳策略是集中精力竞选拿delegate。时
间上完全来不及准备third party了，需要收集大量签名。如果在open convention（
Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio, July 18-21）拿不到
nomination的话，已经来不及了，自己看看这个deadline链接，那时已经错过了好几个
州的third party deadline了，况且收集签名也不是随便谁的签名都可以，条件多多，
收集签名本身也是挺耗时的。所以即使以third party竞选，最后在很多州连名字都没
法挂上去。
本来以third party竞选胜出几率就非常非常低，如果很多州连名字都没法在deadline
前挂上去，胜选的几率为零。
所以GOP establishment也不会推出自己的人以third party竞选，trump也不会以third

, 因为买1-unit 自住房conventional loan最低只用付3%down.
先不说FHA 要付Upfront mortgage insurance，更主要原因是FHA 对取消 mortgage
insurance(MI) 的时间有明确的要求：看首付的比例和贷款年限，至少需要付11年MI;
如果付5%down,30年的还款期，mortgage insurance是终生的，不能cancel,你只能看以
后没有机会refi.
如果能付3%down,就做conventional loan 了，只要付到20%，就可以跟银行申请取消
MI. 付到22%， 银行自动取消MI. |

on the Law of the Sea， 从1958年开始谈判，到1982年谈判完成，前后折腾了25年时
间。谈判完成后，正式批准生效遵守的国家有60个，中国于1996年批准承认并遵守这一
破公约。目前这个公约有到目前有152个国家缔约，但很多与海洋无关，只是签约赚便
宜而已。
美国在张罗忽悠各国签署加入这一公约后，自己却以国会不批准为由，决绝履行这一公
约。原因是美国引用其总统杜鲁门在1945年第二次世界大战结束时宣布的美国领海基线
为大陆架的原则不变。至于这大陆架到底延伸到距离海岸多远的地方，美国从来不说。
《联合国海洋法公约》事实上是海上强权刻意绑架世界各海洋国家让出一条不受每个国
家干预的公海通道的强权公约。这个公约的核心其实有以下几点：

一个是H1b，一个是F1 OPT期间。
折腾了挺久贷款的事，
今天Lender终于给了我最终答复，总结如下：
1 今年一月一号以后，F-1不能贷款了。之前，只要F-1在12个月内可以拿到H1b，
贷FHA还是可以的（Conventional Loan很久都不行了）。但是今年FHA也收紧了。
所以OPT的朋友们如果想买房，目前只能选择
市场上有Lease Option or Seller Finance的房子。选择范围小很多。
好处是可以提早住进喜欢的house，锁定成交价格。
2 H1b贷款没有任何问题。不论是Conventional Loan or FHA Loan
3 FHA（Federal Housing Administration）Loan的优缺点：
我以前一直对FHA不了解，以为有严格的身份要求。其实不然，
它对身份的要求反而比传统的loan松。rate 稍微高一点儿。
目前conventional30年fix 3.3％左右，FHA是3.75％。
它的优点一是对身份要求松，二是首付只需要3.5％，FICO 600以上即可。

发帖数: 818 | 39 KV的400g的jig非常好，可惜我的杆子rating不够，玩不了。要不然可以上多几条更大
的。正在考虑升级一支400g左右的杆子。
Conventional的也是可以手臂伸直用腰力挺杆的。那张照片应该是刚开始的时候照的，
也可能是那条黑斑，力量不大，所以可以不借腰力一只手就把它从海底拎上来。后来体
力下降了，我不仅是直臂起杆了，而且两只手都用上了。有几回出线的时候，腰挺不住
，只能趴在船舷上，呵呵。
个人觉得玩jigging，还是KV的spinning setup更好用。一个是不用像conventional的
轮子，你需要照顾绕线。一边jigging，还要注意线在轮子上绕的均不均匀，有时候是
很让人头疼的事情。除非你少上点线。用spinning你就可以完全不用考虑这个问题。另
一个好处就是大多数人都是右撇子，所以右手持杆jigging更不容易累。不说上了大鱼
，high speed jigging本身对体力的要求就很高。Conventional是左手持杆，多数人坚
持不了多一会。不过KV大侠用spinning也是左手持杆，没有利用上这个优点。但他体力

老版的重量只有450克，大约16盎司左右，很轻，窄版的spool，容线量足够船长那里钓
鱼用的，看了很多牛人的评测，说是市面上最舒适的玩jigging的conventional轮子，
drag如黄油般顺滑。唯一的问题是drag用的是树脂橡木，不能连续几天使用，因为进水
后橡木会发胀，造成drag会有不顺滑现象，船长每次也就是用几小时，应该问题不大。
另外，这款还有DIY修理的工具，方便个人maintenance，配件也能买到。
船长用的已经是conventional的最高端了，上两张老版的SOM BH L50图片。新版的很快
就会颁布，不知道是否会更新drag washer，替换掉橡木，我不用conventional，了解
不多，只是看到不少评论，所以留意过这款轮子，红河月，greatangler，金爷等几位
老大是conventional专家，估计会有更好的意见。 |

发帖数: 5728 | 42 这几个月乌烟瘴气的各种误导，希望所有看帖子的，喜好海边surf fishing的，牢记几
个以下的原则：
1）bc不能surf fishing，如今的每一款轮子分工都很细，bc轮的材料和surf轮完全不
同，防水性和抗腐蚀性也不同。
2）bc轮的profile很低，当代的surf杆分两类，一类是plugging杆，以spinning为主，
另一类是conventional杆，以远距离投送bait为主，因为bc轮的profile非常低，
spinning杆的collector太高，不匹配，conventional layout的collector也高，而且
距离reel seat的距离远，这样出线的时候，会产生影响距离的最大问题，即slapping
against blank。
3）bc轮在大风天根本无法使用。surf fishing的一个统筹概念是，preditor fish跟随
baitfish，不会无缘无故靠岸，所以通常在顶风天气的时候，风浪大冲击baitfish靠近
岸边，此时的bc轮是几乎无法使用的，几十迈的风速顶风抛投，bc轮肯定不行。

我个人习惯spinning轮，很多习惯conventional，看你的喜好，通常来说，同等级的
spinning的价格略高，conventional的价格略低，结构方面，spinning轮不少都是全防
水的，如今daiwa连line roller都防水，我印象中的conventional轮子没有完全防水的
，部分防水是有。
我推荐使用spinning轮。conventional有不少限制，比如free dropping时候，大风抛
投时候容易炒粉。spinning比较省心。 |

的conventional轮子，属于conventional轮子中的一种，这个和淡水bc不想关，你扯到
line guide是所谓conventional和其他鼓轮的差别，我来告诉你，鼓轮只是一个最大的
概念，和纺车轮一样，属于一类，而且这个是中文的区分。
conventional轮子很多带有line guide的，不论是岸钓用的，还是船钓的。
你信口开河，钓了两天海钓，不懂行的还以为你就是专家了，你连概念都能混淆，口口
声声bc海钓，而且还surf fishing，现在略微明白了一点点，又面不改色地说自己不过
弄错了概念。
浪费了我几个月的看你海钓帖子。
你继续，我来看看你还能扯什么。这次你surf fishing上的表现，让我严重觉得你淡水
大概也如此，懂一就敢扯十，而且是信口胡说。

这事得从《联合国海洋法公约》说起。联合国海洋公约，United Nations Convention
on the Law of the Sea， 从1958年开始谈判，到1982年谈判完成，前后折腾了25年时
间。谈判完成后，正式批准生效遵守的国家有60个，中国于1996年批准承认并遵守这一
破公约。目前这个公约有到目前有152个国家缔约，但很多与海洋无关，只是签约赚便
宜而已。
美国在张罗忽悠各国签署加入这一公约后，自己却以国会不批准为由，决绝履行这一公
约。原因是美国引用其总统杜鲁门在1945年第二次世界大战结束时宣布的美国领海基线
为大陆架的原则不变。至于这大陆架到底延伸到距离海岸多远的地方，美国从来不说。
