I created a workflow that included three stages: draft, published, and expire.
The orange light and the green light worked for contents in draft and
published stages, respectively.
However, when I moved a content to the Expire stage, the blue light (for
expire stage) did not work. The content did appear under the expire stage,
though.
For the Expire stage, we only set the action for "Execute on Entering Stage"
as "Expire". Did we miss anything?

这种情况下如何避免copyright violation呢？有几种情况：
1. 比如我写一个mobile app，这个app会直接fetch web content，然后显示给用户。
这种情况是不是应该没事？因为这个基本和browser功能一致，没听说browser需要什么
特殊license。
2. 如果我的app enable了下载功能以便让用户离线阅读，是不是也应该没什么关系？
原因同上。
3. 如果我加入hosting service，用store－》forward的模式。就是先下载到server上

url指向一个 .swe 文件，这个.swe文件是utf-16的
用less看不了，要用iconv 从 utf-18 转换成 utf-8才能用less看
我用了java URL class, url.openStream()等等来get content
complain 是什么http error 400 之类的
试了一下别的url，没问题，就是这个url报error
不过这个url本生肯定也没问题，url指向的.swe文件用firefox打得开
我用了perl的http request, userAgent, 加上
`iconv -f utf-16 -t utf-8` 就可以把content弄下来
并且存成一个less可以看得了的文件
也不知道我有没有把 |

不过在 word 里用又都是正常的。
我卸载了鼠标， 换了都不行。
鼠标的属性也没有发现问题。
这个是浏览器的原因， 还是什么呢？
