博士论文：对ABC的国籍、旅行证等相关问题的研究

一，摘要。
在美国出生的华人儿童的国籍、旅行证及相关问题很复杂，但意义重大。我不做博士很
久了，但现在准备为此开写论文。先重点从中国角度初步总结一下，做个大纲。主要结
论就是：中国籍儿童最好申请中国护照，用旅行证似乎也行，但不应办签证。另外本文
还列出了实践指南。
本文为个人研究草案，作者不对读者基于本文所产生的行为负责，引用不全词语不当之
处请见谅。欢迎大家批评补充，欢迎转载，但保留版权以待日后发表。世界很小，请勿
人肉。

1.1.中国籍。
1.1.1 据国籍法第五条前半部分，“父母双方或一方为中国公民，本人出生在外国，具
有中国国籍”。

得到签证之后“再计划”的意大利行程，应该在法国签。
如果你申请签证时就计划好了法-美-意的整体行程，那么你的旅行中意大利是申根区的
主要目的地，应该在意大利签。
这两种说法并不矛盾，因为你申请签证时的意图不同。

An Iranian diplomat taken hostage in Pakistan in 2008 has been freed and
returned to Iran, according to Iranian diplomatic sources.
Gunmen seized Heshmatollah Attarzadeh as he drove to work at the Iranian
consulate in Pakistan's north-western city of Peshawar in November 2008.
Mr Attarzadeh was the commercial attache at the consulate.
His abduction came amid a surge of violence |

美国国会众院外交事务委员会监督和调查小组委员会，下周一(19日)将展开针对原前
重庆市副市长、公安局长王立军案的调查。该小组委员会16日表示，将来也有可能为该
案举行听证会。
小组委员会指出，下周起将只是最初步的搜集证据，了解真相，之后再决定调查的方
向。
有关王立军事件的真相，16日已在重庆市小范围内做了传达，王立军2月6日进入美
