现状：
dev&test目前没人管，因为这个environment只有2个team用agile方法作项目，主要的
dev和test在另外的dev 和 test 来做。没有sync。
现有一项目需要在dev&test做test。目前主要缺少250个database object没有在dev&
test更新。这些object涉及table, view, trigger, stored procedure, function,
DML。由于table, trigger涉及key, constrains, ER relation，而缺少250object的现
dev&test和production也存在差异，很多地方需要人工看script，发现差异/问题，解决问题。不能简单的讲script里面的create改成alter直接运行。

LSP may or may not be adaptive, so traffic may stay in bypass path,
bandwidth requirement is not guaranteed especially N LSPs are riding on the
same bypass.
For detour FRR, bandwidth constrain is not a problem by nature. |
