发帖数: 14 | 1 我去年开始炒股，开始也是buy-and-hold。由于想着赚大钱，一直是交易option，刚开
始还是swing trade，有赚有亏，整体是亏的，投入的8K变成5K多。
认识到应该更进一步降低风险，于是stop loss更小，变成day trade了，于是转到IB上
，并再投入26K（可怜所有的积蓄都在里面了）。于是进行option daytrade。
此后开始consistent loss（不论牛熊市）。中间买了很多书来学习，看到书上说安全点
是买break out，试了好多次，亏了不少（现在想来错误有二：1。追涨，2。stop loss
太小），总是找不到原因所在。中间有两天暴涨，账户一度到达40K。于是更坚定了买b
reak out的想法。此后仓位加大，一直买break out，最后终于亏得只有30K左右了。
有一天突然觉悟了一点，原来option daytrade本来就对我不利，spread太大，再加上我
的小stop loss和因此而产生的over trade，其实是不可能赢的。

感觉好的地方
1. 剪切板历史记录。很好。
2. 1GB的内存很大，818MB可用，内存里可以放很多程序。只要他们不怎么消耗电池，
这个我是无所谓。程序切换比较快。相比之下，iOS设备的内存一直较少。虽然iOS程序
和系统往往更流畅，但是物理限制决定驻留内存程序有限，程序切换的时候更多时候需
要程序重启。
混合感觉，有好有坏的地方
1. 四个按钮。
安猪的四个按键，是和iPhone操作最不同的地方之一。home的作用和iOS基本一样。
option键，隐藏了很多option，节约了界面空间，但是隐藏的话用户经常需要点击才能
查看我到底能干什么，也不是非常好。Consistency上，options有时候藏在里面，有时
候没有。确实不管是桌面还是移动操作系统，很少有做到人机交互高度consistent的，
除了苹果。
返回键，很多人喜欢，很多人不喜欢。有人认为是设计上的亮点，有人认为不是。我认
为有时候还不错，有时候也是缺乏consistency。用来在程序之间切换，比如从twitter

现在是个android电话都比iphone屏幕大，同样分辨率，感觉颗粒大一些，非常正常。
拿个1寸的屏幕给你看，肯定细腻了，有什么用？我现在用Dell streak，5"屏幕。随便
什么烂苹果送我都不要，我的苹果早卖了，家里其他人的iphone根本不屑用。
江湖中俗话：一寸长一寸强。。。上网，看电影，太爽了
那个option键非常方便，完全不是你说的，只是你不想去习惯它而已

cache coherence，这个保证任何一个内存位置在同一个系统中看起来
是一样的。这一条符合大多数人的直观想法，也确实是严格满足的。
第二个是memory consistency, 这个和不同内存位置的读写顺序有关。
大多数人的直观想法是这些读写存在一个全局的顺序，或者叫sequential
consistency。如果单机只有一个核，这没有问题，因为不管你有多少个
线程，每条指令是atomic的并且指令只能交错运行。问题是现在的单机
有多个核，你要实现sequential consistency的话对于系统速度影响
太大，这是不可接受的。所以你能买到的多核/多CPU系统全部--不满足--
sequential consistency, 也就是你直观上的想法。
至于它们满足什么memory consistency model，你只能去查手册，比如

BLUE里面的U=unbiased，unbiasedness是个finite sample的概念，consistency是个
asymptotic的概念，两者没有必然关系。
计量教材里面有很多estimator在finite sample里面是biased但是consistent。另外一
方面，有的estimator是unbiased但是不consistent，例如我用样本里面的第一个观测
值X1作为sample mean的estimator，是unbiased，但通常不是consistent的，因为在样
本趋向无穷大时，lim( |X1-mean(x)|>epsilon )=常数，该常数一般不为0。
另外，WLS是不是BLUE或者consistent当然要看DGP的假设。 |

事实上，早在2013 年，就是这个武汉病毒研究所，已经从来自云南的蝙蝠身上所携带

available，又能partition tolerant的系统。

其实都是忽悠人的。骗术很简单：他们骗你说，你有两台机子。如果容忍partition,那
么他们要么consistent but not available （not service request while

宝宝每天睡下后，每一到两个小时醒一次，一晚上醒个七八次，九十次，不是要喝奶，
就是醒了要人哄。有时安慰奶嘴管用，有时安慰奶嘴不管用，要抱，放下就醒，有时只
有喂奶才能让宝宝安静下来。非常不consistent。宝宝很容易入睡，所以我了解到，其
实宝宝是没有自己入睡的能力。而不是常见的overtired，也不是作息没有规律。娃妈
，也就是lz我，白天还要上班，开车五十分钟单边，精神压力极大，老是发脾气。这种
情况断断续续的持续了好几个月。
sleep train的精神动力来自于一本叫healthy sleep habits，happy child这本书。
Train前总共读了三本关于宝宝睡觉的书，另外两本是no cry sleep solution和the
happiest baby on the block。其实no cry sleep solution是本挺好的书，教你怎么
循序渐进的改掉某种习惯。比如戒掉奶嘴，比如断掉co-sleep等等。书里介绍了很多方
法，但是对于宝宝睡眠的理论介绍的比较少。我最开始也是用的这个方法，想要戒掉安

发帖数: 22634 | 44 您这个回帖引起了俺深深的思考。。。不过俺发现问题在哪里了，
俺现在这么描述：
俺的疑惑，是你娃前面的描述，一定要看某个电视、一定要去某个
lane check out、一定开车回去，完全是 strong-willed。
但是当被 time out 的时候，却毫不在乎，这个从俺的角度理解
是非常自相矛盾的，这时候为啥 will power 突然消失了。。。
但是如果回过头来看俺上面那段话，之所以产生 paradoxical，
是因为我假设 strong-willed 应该是 consistent 的 --
consistently control & planning 娃自己的 schedule/life
。。。所以错在这个假定。。。不是所有的will power 都是这样
consistent 的。
现在回到实战，在 strong-willed 和 logical/analytical
之间，在俺的回忆里，貌似老师们对 strong-willed 总是
半信半疑的神情。
我在想，可能是俺错了，还错了 N 年。俺的俩娃，可能就是

Because:
1. liquidity: when your capital grows big you can't exit fast as needed.
2. Low margin is necessary to maintain consistency.If you use big margin, then your trading is too risky to maintain consistency.
The only trader that was doing good to maintain consistency at very high
return is Livermore, and even he failed at the end. And at his age the
market was much less complicated than today's market. |
