江朱时期，砍国企，砍福利比较猛，税务制度上也没有实现收入的再分配。 民生比较

我还真不觉得很多liberal内心知道自己支持的东西未必是对的，很多liberal
也象你一样光明磊落的说出自己支持什么。
但是你的第一贴完全是一个blanket statement，把所有的人都包括进去，
我相信liberal当中也有光明磊落的，conservative中也有口是心非遮遮
掩掩的。
对一个群体做出blanket statement而不加任何论证，只能停留在state-

我工作有2，3年了，攒下了5万美元。因为一直存银行里，感觉利率有点低，所以前段
时间去chase问了下有没有什么investment portfolio可以参加。对方提供了一个
conservative portfolio，targeted 年收益率是5.1%，管理费是1年1.6%，而且希望我
是3年之内不要动这笔钱。
所以我想请教下本版的各位，这笔钱投进去靠谱吗？感觉这个收益率不是很高的样子，
