要选择以一种非常 confrontational 的手段去做事？他的 confrontational 不止表现
在与外国的关系上，也表现在禁止进入美国的事情上。尤其后者，现在已经引起一部分
人与政府间的对立。为什么他不能用一种比较缓和的手段？比如说禁制令在签署后九十
天才开始执行，至少让被影响到的人有点思想准备，现在把飞到一半的人堵住，人情道
理上都讲不过去。为什么要这样？这是成大事的人该有的做法？还是小孩子在耍脾气？
与外国的关系也是这样，你自己把调子拉得老高，让全世界国家举高了盾牌与矛，随时
准备跟你干一场，这是做事情的方法吗？

我们结婚12年，两个小孩。 老公一直给人老实形相。 从来没有想过他会出轨。
近来发现家里手机账单开涨，无意发现有个号码一直在messages. 最多8个一天。 还有

女老板和男老板各占一半。文章告诫和老板斗几乎没有成功的可能。 人事部门也不会
帮员工，因为人事部门的职责是保护公司不受到法律纠纷的困扰。
84% 被老板欺负的员工是女性，这些人一旦被盯上82% 失去工作。
这些调研机构也给不出好的办法保护员工，也是告诫碰上这种恶人，或者走人，或者把
工作做好忍受，尽量避免被恶人盯上。

能体会到饱的感觉了。
我自己是先述说，说到最后自己就没有说的欲望了；
先在心里confront父母，再跟父母confront，一次不够，这种事情也是要practice，
confront之前要做准备，不打无准备之仗。我觉着我需要这种面对面的confront，父母
大多不会承认也不会认错，可是我需要。几次下来，meet了这个need，就没有这个need
了。再也不用confront了。
到最后，就是接受了他们，接受了自己的童年，就像接受自己的长相身高那样自然，然
后从心里释然，不再去回想过去了，就想着今天怎么好好过，将来怎么好好过，以前“
浪费”（痛苦）的日子够多的了，不想再浪费了，心里就特别的珍惜现在的日子，觉着
能活着就很幸运了，以前的一切没有什么大不了的。放下了，走出来了，以前的事就不
会再对我影响下去了，心里很平静。对父母也没那么多要求了，觉着他们有他们的难处
，由他们自己的局限性。如果他们是弱者，我又想得开，那我愿意做能够容忍弱者的强
