要不然，一个人即使不小心说错话，都可能被人找
借口解雇或者拒绝机会。
我朋友工作那边有一个雇员，在办公桌上放了一面
Confederate flag, 被主管警告后，没有拿走，后来
直接被解雇。此人非常聪明，把他和主管的电话录音了，
主管书面理由不是旗帜，而是其他，结果电话里
却直说旗帜不符合他的政治信仰，所以不能容忍他
呆在team里面。
结果法官居然同意直接使用录音做证据，最后公司
不得不庭外和解，赔了一笔没透露的费用。后来据说
此白男早就打算离开，故意利用这个，狠狠敲了公司
一笔，可见因为政治言论和信仰遭人解雇也是可以
告的，只是一般公司不会把这个当书面理由。 |
