那么在美国，种族歧视的根源在哪里呢？在此不得不对奴隶制作一些回顾和分析。认真

何出此言？且让我们回顾一下1787年夏天在费城举行的宪法会议。
在启蒙主义的影响下，18世纪后半期欧洲许多国家都已经开始废除奴隶制。但是当13个

意味，共产党在台下说的很多话，其实都是自由派的论调，那时谁想得到上台后会是现
在这个样子。对于联邦制或者联邦主义是否适用于中国的问题，我觉得很有进一步在学
理上梳理的必要。
确切的说，联邦制是联邦主义的具体体现，而联邦主义则是自由主义关于政治权利结构
与公共事务管理的一种观点。在这一观点基础上，根据不同国家自身的特点，则存在着
不同类型的联邦制。例如美国、德国、印度、瑞士的联邦制，在地方与中央权力的划分
与关系上都有着明显的不同。所以联邦制不应该被视为一种单一的政治制度，尽管不同
的联邦制都存在一个共同的思想基础——联邦主义，而是应该被看做一个政治制度光谱，
一端是松散的邦联（confederation），另一端则是中央集权（centralism）。
大多数联邦制位于此两种极端制度之间，是一种邦联与集权的混合。
联邦主义其实质是自由主义关于公共生活的一种看法。由于二者之间的紧密关系，往往
很多人都将二者视为天然的盟友。仿佛只要是自由主义的政治学说，其对国家组成的看

来到AMC电影院停车场，密密麻麻都是人，心想看来看林肯的人挺多的嘛，我得赶快进
去。走近售票处一看，傻眼了，排队的很多都是teenagers，一个个看起来都很兴奋.
原来吸血鬼大片“The Twilight Saga: Breaking down”也在放映。 看来美国第16任
总统的人气远远比不上几个Vampires啊. 可不是嘛，买票的时候，Lincoln还有，吸血鬼
的到晚上10点的都Sold out了。
进了放映厅，果不其然，都是老头老太，或者就是二，三十岁的人，小孩子们一个都看
不到。不过还好，诺大的厅一会儿就坐满了。看电影讲个人气，我就喜欢坐的满满的，
看得带劲。
整个电影在一种深暗的色彩下开始，深暗的色彩下结束，看来对很多美国人而言，那是

我乃国内申美大四学生，经常关注某一论坛，还加了申请的QQ群。
某个帖子挺热门的，竟然吸引了阿三前来注册，据此三哥说他用谷歌翻译看来帖子几十
页，下载帖子里面附带的几个资料。我见了半开玩笑说：“印度人也来凑热闹，作为中
国人的敌人，和在海外各行各业的竞争者，绝对不能帮助阿三”。
结果他们中一个女群主在群里看了，说什么“我狭隘，给中国人丢脸”，说本来要和我
吵得，因为言论自由所以帖子里没睬我。说要在群里把我踢掉，幸好他们不知道我在群
里的ID。这申请的项目本来就位置有限，今年因为这个帖子的宣传中国人申请的人本来
上升就多，中国人几代留学生积累找到的资料本来就应该防止阿三剽窃，中国人不帮助

报道。我在此不提。我只想说几件搞笑的趣事，算是这件事亲身经历者的一个喜剧吧。
话说我住的公寓楼，房东老太雇佣了一个装修工，名叫安德烈，是个加拿大小哥，19岁
左右。因为读书不好，在加拿大读高中读不下去了，索性肄业来美国密苏里州哥伦比亚
市投奔他的姑妈。但姑妈家也不是富贵人家，养不起一个大小伙，于是让他出去打零工
挣钱。他是属于勤劳的白人，于是就找了好几份装修建筑之类的工作，工作也很努力，
也有了女朋友。但因为女朋友要花钱，加上他爱好大皮卡，买车也要花钱，于是乎找了
好几份装修工，每天从早干到晚，周末还要出工。安德烈小哥在我们楼名声颇好，除了
分内事情外，还帮大家修修车，搬搬家具啥的。大家都喜欢他。
话说前些日子油价跌了，小哥于是琢磨着卖了原来几乎已经成为一摊废铁的旧皮卡，买
