可以去argue,但是我知道有几个案例，最后都没有成功，一分都不给报。而且基本
上涉及到心脏，高血压，高血糖都算这个pre-existing condition，因为基本上突
发的概率不大。
基本上来说买这个保险就保一些意外的情况，比如摔伤，车祸等。 |

妈妈有一级高血压，偶尔会到二级
我知道这种一般保险是不会cover的
如果我想带妈妈去看医生开一点降压药，降压药我可以自己出钱买
但是这种看医生的钱能不能算是普通的Dr visit而由保险承担呢？
因为不知道一般美国医生开降压药能开多久的量，所以不知道半年一共要看多少次医生
有没有有经验的人给点建议呢？ |

On USCIS website, it says, the package needs "approved Form ETA-9035, Labor
Condition Application (LCA)". Does this mean my organization needs to go
online and fill another LCA, or I could use the one from my original filing
in 2007?

condition b latent TB，在remark里面写了需要INH treatment。之前版上好像有人问
过，
但回复貌似没有太清楚。这样的情况，如果直接把485交了，会不会影响申请啊？移民
局会不会安排一个interview看我吃药了没有？(我申请走的eb1a，上个月批的)
也有人说再找个医生，不过这个医生已经坑了我很多钱了，能不找就尽量不找吧
