edit：差了心率表，偶近八个月没跑步了不是4个月，看了理想身材，从新把目标设在

，发现他很聪明，推荐之。。。结果他拿到了所有名校的offer
不过人家是大牛。。。我这菜鸟，以后还是要多写两句。其实industry的标准根
academic不一样，我被训练得特别concise，因为我老板的名言就是：没有人有耐心看
两页纸的咚咚。。。以前刚上班的时候每天写market commentary，多少内容都要挤在
一页纸里面写完，能一句话说完的，绝对不说一句半。 |

anchor和“平摊在水面”或者“垂直在水中”没有必然关系。anchor只是hold住，保持
稳定的意思。稳定在哪里，必须后面说清楚。比如说自由泳，anchor your palm and
forearm at catch position -- 这里的意思就是完成抱水，小臂下指，保持稳定。比
如说蝶泳，anchor close to the surface，这里anchor的结果就是小臂大致前后方向
水平。仰泳抱水结束anchor住之后，小臂位置斜向外，可以略微向下。如果你是听教练
这么说产生了误解，那么这位教练可能够concise，但是不够precise。
不是腰在下沉，而是因为打腿打的偏早，这时候手只划了一半，腰力又不够的话，上半
身没起来，看起来就是腰先拱起来。
对小关节可以控制的部分，说位置偏低，偏高，应该做调整，make sense，做的到。对
砖头形状的躯干来说，略高或者低没有意义，知道了也没有办法调，挣扎着调整只能带

there's no tedious guide that makes you sleep. and his book is very concise,
easy to carry, especially compared to Frommer's heavy "brick".
plus the stories in the books are very interesting, you can easily become
center of travel topic if you can remember them.
why don't borrow one from your local library and do the comparison yourself. |

- 发型是我用最大号的卷发棒做出来的。头发分四个区：左上、右上、左下和右下，每
区根据发量分6到8股依次向内卷，最后出来的发型效果就是这样的。色彩是巧克力色+
褐色的混合色。
- 以前我很抵制zara，但现在发现牌子不是重点，口碑不太好的品牌也会有好看又舒适
的服饰。比如zara或h&m这样的，其实每一季都会有一些亮点，关键在于你愿意去发现
。Mango的话我个人很喜欢，是性价比很高的一个品牌，绝对不是样子货。他家的衣
服在色彩的运用上还是相当的威武，自然又性感，选对单品可以搭出自己的风格，虽然
不是什么特别大的品牌，但阻止不了我对她的喜爱。

先提不足之处：
1)过暴了，1stop down 应可以把物内除油灯的其他东东隐去
窗台的红色也会更饱满，质地更清晰些。
愚用PS处理了一下(-30% brightness)，比较一下看如何
2)画面是不是应再向下移一些，把整个窗取下来，不然感觉左下部
缺少些，左面总体上下不平衡(还是愚平衡感太强了？)

，也曾是一阵仓皇，被父亲视为“眼中钉”。我非常理解各位兄弟姐妹。
我想同胞们要多帮助身边单身的朋友，一个朋友介绍三四个，十个朋友就有三四十个。
我就不相信，三四十个异性里没有一个合适的？
我说几点订婚前的体会吧。（我是女生。）
1，放下架子，不再做娇娇女。开始和别人谈论婚嫁的话题，也开始走进厨房。
2，承认自己的缺点和短处，并接受它们。肯定自己的优点，完善自己。
3，想明白了自己要什么样的生活和什么样的丈夫。
4，不害怕受伤害，不计较得失。
5，能分辨对方诚意，如遇到没有诚意者，立撤无疑。
6，遇到靠谱心仪的，别吊人家胃口。大胆真诚的表达你的感受。
大概就是这么多，希望能给jjmm们一些参考。

Never used sharpening much, didn't know about "high pass", "save for web", I
always upload original (not even change color space) to web. Going to save .
raw, .psd, .jpg, then shrink size , sharpen and use save for web from now.
Thanks again for the post, simple yet concise, I am a big fan of bangbing
photoshop tutorial.
Btw, when you say "save for web" has much smaller file size, does this

跟很多同龄人一样,在射雕中初见她扮的蓉儿,便顺理成章的成了阿翁迷。如果仅仅是从
审美的角度看，她绝对算不上艳冠群芳，但是她用那双灵动的双眸把一个娇俏活泼的蓉
儿形象深深烙在我心里，至今20多年了，看了无数影视作品，时装剧古装剧，tvb港剧
台剧日剧韩剧大陆片合拍片，无论再多漂亮出色的女演员也无法取代她在我心里的位置
。就更不要说后来翻拍的好几个版本的蓉儿。
而她在决战玄武门中饰演的秦惜惜，一个出身寒微的弱女子，痴情一片楚楚可怜。这部
剧本身短而且也乏善可陈，当年追也是为了看翁美玲和黄日华。可是惜惜这个角色倒是
展现了阿翁的演技，告诉世人她不仅仅可以是蓉儿，也可以是其它完全不同类型的女子
。只可惜红颜薄命，短暂的演艺生涯没有给她提供更多可以好好发挥的角色，只是留下
了无限的惋惜和感慨。
网络上有电视剧之后，又看了83版射雕好几次，不可否认其中很多东西都过时了，但是

流是否存在问题呢？其实，无论你是何种文化背景，在现今这个生活节奏越来越快的社
会，某些细节也许就能体现你的与众不同。正所谓“细节决定成败”，与教授的交流中
，有些小细节可能就会改变他对你的看法。
当然，在步入数字化时代的现今，教授也像其他人一样，越来越依赖电子化操作。除了
平时的办公时间，以及课堂上面对面交流，或许他们更愿意通过电子邮件与你探讨问题
和看法。但是在你点击发送键前，有些事情也是需要考虑一下的。

今天是美丽情人节，我们已经在美国幸福的生活了16个多月了。
你没有时间陪我玩，因为你要上班；你也不能早回来，因为你在赶文章。我都理解，十
分理解。今天我上完课，下午去商场给你买了三件衣服。下午拿到你实验室附近，让你
在洗手间试了下，结果发现有一件非常标致，另外两件有点小，所以，我即刻去退了两
件。
晚上的discussion group我没有去了，应该关系不大。我和好友兰约在一起逛街了。我
想给你寻找一件舒适又漂亮的羽绒衣，可惜没有找到百分百满意的，下次再慢慢看。
你托我给你老婆（我）买情人节礼物：那条粉藕荷色的产自印度的围巾。我又一次去看
了，还是没买。因为，虽然有80分漂亮，却是full price。我的原则是如果是90分漂亮
的，价格只要不离谱就买。如果90分以下的，除非打折多，非常实惠，才会迅速拿下。
你老婆我还是抱着“宁缺毋滥”的态度哦。所以，对不起啦，你不会怪我没给你太太（
我）买情人节礼物吧。其实，和你在一起的日子，天天都是情人节。

记忆中，和她关系挺好的。她离婚的时候每天都和我哭诉几个小时，我放弃学习时间尽

她在广州一个大学的英语系教书，她说：你们不要回来了，国内竞争激烈，压力大，你们回来找工作都困难。我们系里招12个人，来了1200份简历。
她说：你要在国外拿文凭，可要拿个正式的，要不然回来找工作是找不到的。
她说：她本科的同学来美国做护士了，她说在国内那是没有人做的工作。
她说：她们学校每年都有去美国交流的项目，她要想去随时都能去。
她说：你以后别回国了吧。 我说：还没有确定。
她说：就别回了呗，去都去了，还回来？
她说：你呆在美国别回来了，以后我去美国可以找你。
我说：你要来美国语言肯定一点问题也没有的。
她说：我去美国是度假，我可不是去美国发展的。我去找你，是找你做东的...
