的C++, Java一样。
很多人开始学习三维类技术的时候都有这个错误的概念，以为动画要从modelling开始
，而练习modelling又需要自己创造形象。
其实在3D行业里concept artist, modeller, animator, compositor是分界很清晰的不
同领域。除非你想自己开一个工作室，或者自己出资做电影，包揽所有工种，不然完全
没有必要全部学习，只要大致了解各个领域的基本要点，然后集中精力学习自己喜欢的
那一项就行了。
modelling并不需要多少艺术基础，也不需要凭空创造形象。每个电影工作室都有
concept artist负责创造形象，modeller只要如实地把这个形象用3D软件塑造出来就可
以了。一个好的3D modeller，也许无法用铅笔画出任何超过12岁儿童水平的东西，也
许没有任何想象力。你只需要训练你的眼睛，快速准确地复制出concept art中的细节

I searched the the book "the concepts of OS", it says that
in Linux it uses a different concept of thread; every time
it needs a thread, it just clone a child thread.
Is this the tradition thread? or what is the real diffence
between process and thread?
Since multithread is an important concept in modern OS,

I believe that I did not get much, if any points, for simulations. Each tab
tests different topic. It took me some time to figure out. And I never did
the simulations while I was studying.
The MTC were easier than I thought, a lot of basic concepts. I tend to spend
a lot of time on difficult materials,and I hate to memorize, so when it
comes to easy concepts, I was not 100% either...so next time, I would spend
more than making sure I get the basic concepts and study for |

首先是concepts从哪里来，从unmet market/customer needs来，
所以应该做做voice of customer, market survey之类的
然后就是come up with designs to address the unmet customer needs,这个过程中要
做IP landscape search看有没有infringe之前的patents.
然后就是design -- prototype --modify搞几个iterations吧，最后搞出来个还不错的

and I don't understand the concepts and the clinical relavence at all
By attending 2 quater of clinical PK class of the pharm D program, those
concepts are quite clear to me now.

is the most important concept of Pharm D, which differentiates them from MD.

flow，所谓sensitivity调整的也只是公司无法控制的外部risk，但是其实project本身
还有很多option都没有explore到，比如说project可以推后进行、可以废弃不做、执行
几年后发现不赚钱，机器可以转做他用，等等。如果运用derivatives里面的概念来说
，这些选项就有点像put option或者call option，可以帮助公司带来额外的价值。
但是目前为止很少的公司会怎么做，听说只有life science和pharma会用这样的model
来value一个project。因为project的volatility太难估计。
不管怎么说，这样的concept真的很有启发性 :) |

I hope you guys can give a serious discussion or introduction on the current
methods in Chinese, or at least simply give an analytical logic in several

I think your claim some other people and I don't agree w/ is in the 2nd post

this thread, that is "likelihood is sufficient". That's all. And I said I
never saw this term, or alternatively the claim like "some likelihood is

icient". People usually talk about "** statistics are sufficient" instead.

control group 都是placebo.不管phase2 还是phase3, 都要和placebo 比较。
oncology 和general medicine 有较大的差别，不能一概而论。对general
medicine来说，phaseII包括proof of concept, dose finding, 等等，efficacy 和
safety都看，而phaseIII也得看safety.
最主要的区别当然是phaseII是exploratory而phaseIII是confirmatory.PhaseIII因为
要做submission，study design 和统计方法有很多regulatory 的因素要考虑。比如说
multiplicity control,在sample size 较小的phaseII proof of concept study 里头
