primarily was to try to stop foreign weapon's makers from selling to North
Vietnam. The trouble is Trump's endless abuse of power. He has Tariffs on
frozen Herring from China under National Security. But China doesn't export
any herring of any kind.

Nothing is moving in the foundations of physics. One experiment after the
other is returning null results: No new particles, no new dimensions, no new
