次还从25周开始几分钟一次的频繁宫缩,住院多次,28周由于medical complications
卧床,31周更加严重的medical complications,更严格的卧床一直到生。从来没动摇
过生老二,妈妈爸爸一度反对,不过现在看我心意已决,说支持我,如果需要会提供帮
助,婆婆看到我血糖时高,也让我慎重考虑,老公也说要不就放弃了,不过貌似我的决

不想打击你,也不喜欢粉饰太平,喜欢直面残酷的现实,我的糖尿病医生说的很明白,
一次糖妈,每年转换成终身糖尿病的概率是5%,也就是说10年后你会有一半的概率生病

个人认为任何医院都有自己的优势和缺点。就宾大而言:
优势:1,教学医院,全美top ten, 技术雄厚,万一有个complication or emergency,
医院的快速反应系统很健全。我在的科室,收得病人很多是community 医院处理不了
的疑难重症。
2,医院的儿科医生都是从chop来的,同样是全美的NO.1 hospital.
3, group OB, 不用在一棵树上吊着。随时生随时来都有人。
4,如果你是penn 的职工或家属,可享受penn special dilivery service--免
co-pay,住单间,免费电视。免费birth class。不知道学生算不算,可打电话问问。
缺点:1,医院在市区,停车不方便。
2,不能保证单间.
总而言之,选医院应结合个人需求,community hospital 是不错的选择,因为生产本
身并不是特别complicate 的事情。还有每个人的经历都是不同的,即使是在同一家医
院,因为医生和护士的 |

everything will turn out to be fine. However there is a complication called
"Intrauterine Growth Restriction" which refers to poor growth of a baby
while in the womb. Specifically, it refers to a fetus whose weight is below
the 10th percentile for its gestational age.

r*****m 发帖数: 231 | 21 我生之前也有过这种想法,觉得我的ob都不做事,没什么用。生了孩子才知道,他们主
要的责任还真就如你所说,是接生和处理各种突发的medical emergency!在医院on
call,那是很累的差事,也是你最需要他们的时候。好的ob和不好的ob区别也就是在那
个时候才体现的出来,而不在于他们坐门诊的时候对你态度有多殷勤。坐门诊对他们来
说就是走个过场,除非你有什么complication,不然产检也就是走个过场,所以ob还真
没什么必要来见你。。。就算见了也一般都是5分钟了事,还不如见np呢。当然如果你
有什么complication或者是要生了,ob就会变得很重要,到那时候你自然就体会到了。
至于该吃什么不该吃什么,如果你有疑问大可以问nurse,这本来就不是ob的责任。。

我孕期没有spotting,也不吐,所以这两方面没啥经验可谈。
吃
吃算我孕期最大的问题。
我的表现:没胃口,特别是自己做的饭,有时想到鸡蛋牛奶会觉得恶心
经验:感觉其实胃口是有的,只是怀孕后对食物的味道比较敏感
1.出去吃的比较多,什么国家的菜都吃,好像在外面胃口还是很不错的
2.换东西吃。我以前吃水果比较少,孕后不爱吃奶制品了,发现水果爽口,吃了很多各
种水果,觉得应该对宝宝也很好。
另外经常去中国店东看看西看看找东西吃,有些是很久不吃的,比如话梅,皮蛋,凤尾
鱼罐头,盐水花生,会一阵突然想吃,过了几天又不感兴趣了。但这样的好处是不断有
东西吃,也保持一定的胃口。
我的表现:吃完常常heartburn。最严重一次是9月份和ld去深山老林玩,半夜醒过来胃
里难受的要命,差点要叫醒ld去ER了。
经验:后来发现如果我每顿只吃孕前1/4或1/5的量,就好了(两小时左右吃一次)。发现这个后的一段时间都很好,到现在出了孕一期,我又开始吃孕前的量了,没有再... 阅读全帖 |

10:00 AM, Check in, 递上保险卡, 驾驶证, 她们将保险卡复印, 驾驶证 只瞄了一下
确定是我本人. 填表, medical history 及其它一些乱七八糟只需要签名的表格, 我也
没仔细看就哗哗哗签了, 不签不行呀.
10:05 AM, meet with genetic counselor, 谈了有四十多分钟, 基本上就是知识普及
和问答. Genetic counselor 很和蔼, 一开始仔细介绍了一些相关知识, 然后将我们双
方的父母, 兄弟姐妹问了个遍, 最后开始分析我的情况, 我也赶紧问了一下我关心的问
题.
1. 我的blood test结果down syndrome (1:98)超过正常值(1:154), 只是说明有
不到1%的机会是, 需要做进一步检查.
2. 大B超查出down syndrome的机率是一半一半, 就是说如果大B超结果一切正常
, 机会就减到1:196.

继christmas在ER待了一天之后,娃又住了三天院,吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人,千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv,当时我就觉得埋得太浅,但是那护士说没关系的
。果然,前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候,发现iv掉出来了,肿了好大一个包,不知道
什么时候掉出来的,外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv,住院部能上的护士全上了,最后连nicu的护士都叫来了,小手小脚所
有的血管都试了,插进去,在里面搅一阵,偶尔摸到血管,然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住,去跟医生说,能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了,现在不光她有心理阴影,我也有了。

一定要缝合。你这里写的都没有医学sense. 四度撕裂(一直裂到肛门)都属于
complication,经常能见到的。愈合的不好,需要手术,难道愈合不好全是医生的责任
嘛?有的人不用抗生素四度撕裂照样长好,有的人手术几次才行。隔行如隔山,俺不是
OBGYn,都替你的OB觉的冤枉。俺倒是很希望看到你去找律师,一年半载后别忘了来这里
给个update啊。与此同时,好生照顾你老婆,听听医生建议,如何护理伤口早日康复。
俺记得俺老婆头天晚上剖腹产,第二天上午就下床进行适当锻炼了。 |

,也算正常的complication.
一句话,没有造成严重伤害在正常complication范围之内的,打官司没戏的。
俺们做脱敏的时候,consent上直接把死亡给列上去的,并和病人说的。 |

生。 没有NICU,但是那个附近5分钟的有NICU,
我家附近的医院我没有TOUR过,但我说的那个BIRTH CENTER的那个医院貌似没有这么
好条件。不让吃东西,房子有点小,MONITOR胎心和宫锁的是邦肚子的,其他的只有IV
了。IV总不是无线的。晃悠也可以,但我从来没有看到产妇在楼里面晃,都憋在屋子里
面。。。
而且老美的护士会主动提供止痛药和问你要不要麻药的,怕到时候意志力很不坚强,
所以还不如干脆没有,因为我觉得到时候我意识糊涂肯定会要麻药的,但我看有麻药生
的,有的真是弄得慢。
至于C SECTION,我都说过了,我不是反对,只是说我绝对不会做ELECTIVE SCHEDULED
的C SECTION。就是有很多人他们即便没有任何COMPLICATION 他们也愿意开刀而不愿意
忍受阵痛,这种人多了去了,在中国也很常见,不知道这边中国妈妈的情况。中国那边
的医院以前也很提倡,因为觉得这样会降低医院的风险。

发现这个机器image很模糊),这个B超就代替了量肚子量心跳,是检查胎儿发育的,不
过更仔细,手段更先进了。20周那个机器很强大,图片超清晰,这种机器会让羊水温度
提升一华氏度,不能做的时间长,不能老做,但20周这次还是必要的。
美国一般ob用尺子量肚子,这是standard practice,但我的ob也是每月in-house b超
一下,看的更仔细,没什么不好,最后宝宝很健康。in_house B超在很多国家都是
standard,所以这种practice本身没什么问题,只是这里的standard不要求这样做,不
然每个ob office都来这么个机器,每个病人每月都bill insurance上千块使用费,保
险公司受不了。。。
你放宽心吧,平时实在不想做的话和医生讨论一下,但20周的一定要做,很有必要。一
定要换医生的话也不是不行,我就是最后一个月换了ob,因为搬家。但因为我没有任何
complication,新ob可以接受。有高血压高血糖和其他complication的其他ob还真不一

益放在首位,以忽悠你为生的。
有操守的律师或CPA(如果别的家长长时间给此人好评,应该还可以吧)给做Estate
Planning的讲座。先多听一听。
律师立遗嘱,请向当地律师协会查询律师的职业操守。
建议。如果是被无良律师坑了,好歹还有可能还能从律师的malpractice insurance找
回来一点(大部分州有此保险)。 |
