1) If there is 1 missing then find it in O(N) using divide and conquer.
method: use n/2 as pivot to swap & split the array. Find out which half
is short by one. Re-swap and re-split the missing half til you find the
missing # out. The complexity is N + n/2 + n/4 ... = 2N which is O(N).
2) If there are 2 missing then S&S the array with n/2. If both halves are

发帖数: 42 | 8 有一个蛋白，想用protein A sepharose+antibody抓住血液（虫）中该蛋白与其他蛋白
的complex。做了几次，该蛋白结合的很好，但是complex结合到beads上太少（总的
binding capacity应该不是问题）。complex量相对来说本身就比较少，但是还bind不
牢，大部分都被洗脱了。
本想打算先过跟别的柱子，把单体和complex先分开，但是因为过了柱子可能会改变
complex的组成，老板不推荐这么做。
不知道版上各位是否有做过这类实验，求分享经验！谢谢！ |

worst case time complexity可以很大也不用怕。 只要expected time complexity是
polynomial级别的就可解。
比如你仍一个硬币，如果非要得到1次正面的概率是1，那必须投无限次。 但是要1次正面
的期望次数只有2次就可以。 |

今天看到红石榴爆涨了20%-25%后，晕死了。 回过头，又看了下6月初EL公司发出的
EXCEL涨价表，居然没写流行的红日霜（38->45)，红洗面(20->25)，红乳液（38->45)
，红眼霜（36->42)。可能误导大家了.
据还算可靠的消息,机场免税店,7/15号涨价,但我不知道具体涨多少.所以,有货的同学,
可以屯下下. 机场和美国都涨的话(个人认为这是2大主要来源), 国内应该涨.
8/1号, LA MER涨.
以上所说, 纯属个人观点, 小道消息.

seller, assumed mortgage, 5% down, 5 year renewable term on 15 years
amortization.
5% of 2 mil, less tax credit and prorated rent and tenant security deposits
transferred, out of pocket is 59k, annual scheduled rent is 300k and we
collected 305k for year 2014.
