签一份NON COMPETE AGREEMENT，要求十分苛刻，说是以后倘若离职，18个月内不得在
竞争对手公司工作。
我把NON COMPETE CLAUSE复制在下面了，我想请教各位前辈：
1. 我查到美国只有加州是禁止NON COMPETE AGREEMENT的。那么在加州以外的IT公司是
不是都会签NON COMPETE AGREEMENT？
2. 这种规定在实际中执行的怎样？以后跳槽公司真的会追究吗？RECRUITER说由于他们
的规定实在过分严格，在实际中是没有执行效力的。不知道是不是在骗我。

. you don't want to do it w/o enough prep, you don't want to do it alone,
and you definitely don't want to do it if you are generally not very
competent
