那么离开后的两年之内不能加入竞争对手公司。以前没牵过类似协议，这种协议普遍吗？
顺便问一下，这是近期第一个面试，昨天刚面的，马上还有两个面试。这家今天就给了
正式offer而且只给一个礼拜时间考虑。这个怎么应付？这家知道我还有面试。 |

“Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement,
shall be settled by a single arbitrator in arbitration in XXX City, XXX, in

Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be

网上看了下，好像美国高院 好像是支持 non compete 通过仲裁来解决
如果是通过court， 他们应该是告不赢的 |

我今年刚刚抽中H1b准备跳槽，目前在h1b transfer的过程中，应该没有问题可以通过
，但是之前公司有6个月的non compete，在transfer成功后准备辞职，这当中的时间想
问下我是什么身份？ 还是必须回国？
另外一个问题是我是否也使用h1b的60-day grace period？ 同上问题，如果需要回国
是否需要立即回国还是60 天内即可？ 另外，境内转身份是否可行？ 就是h1b-b2-h1b
之类的是否可以？

包括了，里面也没说地点范围。这是怎么回事，正常吗？到时候如果laid off了，这个
要求还在吗？如果跳槽，是不是就得在另外行业找工作了？

经验的，如何寻找律师在sign the agreement之前仔细帮助看一看。如果有推荐律师
或者律师所的，那就更好了。
公司在纽约市，纽约州。合同里面有另外一个section 明确设定"This Agreement is
governed by the laws of the State of New York"。如果州的信息是relevant的话。
