州ｈｉｇｈ ｒｉｓｅ ｒｅｓｉｄｅｎｔｉａｌ building 都没有ｓｐｒｉｎｋｌ
ｅｒ的要求.
狗狗一下ＭＧＭ vegas fire,烧死了８４个,因为什么? Clark County的官员说没
必要装.为什么? 很强大的理由:底层总有那么多房客,要着火了肯定能第一时间知道.事
后当事人有什么处分?没有.
MGM的结果就是commerial/business building必需要装sprinkler,但高层民居呢, 不是
每个州/每个city都要求的.
衷心希望人不要白死,好好吸取教训,挽救更多的人吧. |

there. It is commercial AND meter parking, not OR.
A lot of places, you need to analyze up to 5 different signs then figure out
whether to park or not. Need quite good logic. |

国际上是有应用。是因为我的作品被commerialized
但是siginificant 很难证明啊 （无报道，无publication）
是不是自己给io说我的东西有国际应用也可以证明siginificant
还是一定要推荐人也说这些东西在国际上应用就是significant
original 挺好说的，牛人的信可以证明 original
这个思路要整理好了才可以有的放矢的写推荐信 |

首先，CDS并不是罪魁祸首。CDS更多的是一种保险，控制风险的工具。而且，它当然是
有价值的，请了解一下derivatives valuation再说吧。
MBS(Morgage Backed Securites)以及衍生物才是引起危机的主要因素，其中影响较大
的就是以一筐MBS的CDS作为指标的CDO(Collateralized Debt Obligation).CDS在这里只是index而已.
再说投行的客户,虽然都是成熟机构投资者,但不要以为他们就对这些产品的风险和价值
有充足的认识,尤其是Pention fund,insurance company和一些commerial bank.他们投资的主要根据就是几大评级公司的评级.
综上,问题主要出在两个地方,放贷的商业银行,没有做好due dilligence,放出太多的

请问狗是吃生食比较好，还是吃熟的，commerial dog food没考虑，总觉得保质期那么
长肯定有很多防腐剂，所以一直在家里做给她吃，一般是 cooked meat+brown(white)
rice+ lots of veggies.但最近看到很多报道说狗比较适合吃生的肉，现在是没注意了

there will be no machinary opeation check for sure. all talk.
below are things i think could be helpful:
HPLC for R&D stage: method development, qualification and validation.
qualificaiton is part of development which is needed to be done before first
-in-man trial. qualification needs no written protocol, but a report.
