我最近十几年一直在北京，所以仅能谈谈北京的情况，我的感觉是：雾霾最近几年没有
突然爆发，只是我们知道了 “雾霾” 这个现象。
从2011年左右开始，美国大使馆持续播报 PM2.5 的行为终于引发了社会关注，加之政
府终于承认了 “雾霾” 一词，导致我们对雾霾更加关注了。
在03年以前，北京并没有雾霾（对不起这儿我可能说错了，事实上03年之前我也不记得
是否有雾霾了），主要狠辣的是春天刮大风。大风带着内蒙古的沙尘涌过来，天昏地暗
飞沙走石。每年春天总有那么一两周北京街头就和《碟中谍4》里沙尘暴的迪拜街头一
样。有当年先锋纪录片为证：
