N 次的emails 来回,投入的时间大家可以想像。而那位同学最后拒绝把检测过程贴回
班上。违背了当时的承诺。当时这位同学还特别说到 ”我想还是贴出来大家可以参考
一下比较有意义“。 但是最后的回复让我无语。你花的时间和精力是应该的,而你根
本没有感受到我投入的时间和精力。你说你花了很多钱,你花了多少钱? 这钱又不是给
我的。 在开始前我事先有提醒过你,问题只有一个,一要有耐心,二可能会花点小钱。
现在帮你彻底问题检查出来,你居然这样对我说。如果要知道你不会贴回班上,我是肯
定不会帮你的。我要的是大家一起受益。
在四月底我的一个情绪反映,现在回想起,其实是成立的。你很有可能已经知道了问题
,所以采取不理,以为这样就可过去,想不到的是我对这玩意的极大兴趣让我不卸地坚
持下去。
当时还没有空调俱乐部, 是通过email. 里边因该不是全部,有时候我不是紧接着上下

我认为需要请师傅再回来,另请也可,给furnace 做一个深度的清洗,用co2 pressue
clean heat exchanger 和排废气管道。然后做数据测试和燃烧系统的调整,这时就可
很容易的看出到底是heat exchange 出问题还是排气管道有堵,还是inducer 马达效率
减低(如果是80%以上的furnace).要注意的是师傅必须要用对仪器,要使用的是
combustion analyzer, 如 Bacharach 24 系列,Testo 327, 310,320等。
而不是combustible Gas Detector, 如 TIF 8800, 8900 系列等
下面视频是以Testo 320 为例,对一台32年的furnace 做的测试和调整。
一开始师傅先校正好天然气压力,从7分30秒开始就是具体的测试和调整。

or, the other solution would be, if car guys are too lazy to give up
internal combustion engine, then biogasoline/biodiesel may have a chance. of
coz, biodiesel from triglycerides has no future. the biogasoline/biodiesel
has to be from CH2O.

money and effort to design experiments for benchmarking the simulation mode.
Second, even though you benchmarking your model by all kinds of efforts,
the model is questionable.
Let me give you an example. We developed a CFD/FEA coupling model with GRC
for a combustion component. We massaged the model well by using all kinds of
six sigma stuff to make sure it matches all the benchmark testing results.

cylinder for every single combustion: the lower the temperature, the more
the gas molecules per unit volume. Maybe increase the efficiency of the
combustion, since it's more likely the optimal fuel/air ration can be
reached. |

the reason that mazda u.s. prohibits the use of synthetic oil with rx8 is
that rotary engine is designed in the way that some amount of engine oil
will be injected into engine's combustion chamber to lube the seal. dino oil
will burn off from the combustion so this is a feature by design. however,
with synthetic oil it is a different story. before we go into that, let's
make it clear when i say synthetic, i mean "synthetic oil in u.s |

首当其冲的是Volumetric Efficiency(进气效率),看cylinder head的设计了,当然也
还有air plenum的设计。
用更垂直的进气道,更大的气门面积更aggressive的凸轮(对低转扭矩是不利的影响)。
然后就是combustion efficiency,看combustion chamber的设计是不是利于Flame
propagation speed啊,在高转下这个有助于降低ignition advance timing,提高效率
。还有thermal efficiency也得考虑,搞些涂层降低热量的传导,不用cast iron 的
cylinder liner,直接在铝缸体上搞涂层,因为iron的热传导率比铝高。
最后就是轻量化。valve,con-rod,crankshaft bearings跟crankshaft的强度在高转
下是考验,都越轻越好,cast的不行上forge,forge的不行上钛。 |

和4s相比,车子重了好几百磅,加速弱了一些 (4s 0-60mph 4.0s)。起步价几乎一样
,但是e-hybrid标配sport chrono pkg,所以比同样配置的4s稍微便宜些。加上7500$的
federal tax credit,最后应该能便宜1w刀这样。虽然性能差一点点(讲真,日常用完
全没区别),但是考虑到纯电里程大约16mi,公司有充电桩,每年不仅油钱能省1,
2000,关键每天不用找车位了。加上全新的内饰和中控,很心动啊。 |

ones used in US or Japan? electric warming blanket is not supposed to reach
super high temperature as well, but how many Chinese were killed due to
overheating or even self combustion of the defective blankets. |

用MD的软件很多, 但是主要的生产厂商都是购买正版软件.
比如AUTODESK, 基本价就是5,000 USD. 还可以选些其他的辅助功能, 比如3D,
COMBUSTION等等. 1万美金就够了. 大陆企业不缺这个钱了.
件多数都是盗版美帝的软件,这些软件对高端制造和重工业都有巨大的影响。这还只是
很小的一个点而已。 |
