发帖数: 11146 | 1 如题。三俗姐前天试验了Les Mills Combat。做的时候并不算很累，但后劲十足。这都
两天过去了，大腿后面还有隐隐酸痛的感觉。
这套操的动作非常之无聊简单，除了出拳就是踢腿(当然从另一个角度看，动作简单就
便于学习)。that being said，简单未必无效。因为每个动作都重复很多很多次，但每
个单个动作都很容易完成，所以对于体能(尤其是爆发力)不太行的减友，应该比较容易
坚持跟下来，能在做这个操的过程中锻炼耐力，逐渐就能handle更大强度的运动了。
没有跳跃动作，体重较大或膝盖不好的减友可以尝试。
心跳并不高到要从嗓子眼跳出来的地步(穷人没有心率表，只说感觉)，但出汗还是出了
不少的。对减肥应当有利。
男女主持都很丑，也不会讲笑话，算个缺陷。 |

high kick,或者跳步出拳接high knee回位，不知道你做的是哪个release，居然这麽轻
松，如果你的动作到位的话，一套操可以burn 700多卡，从这个热量来看也不会轻松吧
。。。深深不觉得这个适合体重大或者膝盖不好的人，还不如spin更适合。。。 |

发帖数: 3522 | 10 ace combat比较简单。 以前版本有网战，我玩过一次，但绝对不想玩第二次。做得非
常非常烂。新手跟老手分不出高下来，一个玩了10个小时的人，跟刚开始玩的人基本是
同一水平。游戏本身不够复杂，大家水平都一样。
bf3 jets的话竞技稍微强些，至少高手跟新手水平差很多，基本是老飞行员可以秒杀新
手。如果都是高手，那拼得就是操作技术，心里素质，关键机会的把握，还有队友之间
的配合。 |

For those of you who say that the big size of the J-20 makes it less
manoeverable than the F-22, i say that 5th gen fighters are not supposed to
be dogfighters, so manoevrability is not an issue because BVRAAMs will
decide the fight in future wars as well as AESA radars. I have provided a

砥平里战役是中方著名的败仗之一，网上网下都有不少关于砥平里的文章，但感觉比较
全面真实地描述和分析很少，笔者也很难达到这一高度，除了水平有限，缺少可靠资料
