好歹还能说是大联盟水平最差的一档，麦当劳那.11比.25还差好几档，根本就应该从
大联盟自动淘汰。任何在2A, 3A能打上主力的球员都肯定比.11要强，比如多年hype
烂泥扶不上墙的Brandon Wood现在也是.20以上。把现成的俩捕手放在第五棒都比
这个垃圾靠谱多了。Coma根本就是一个多余的脑细胞都没有。

Challenging Yadier with a not so good base stealer in that situation
means Washington either doesn't do any homework or can't think

为了不饿, 每次都要吃到food coma, 吃完后要困到桌上躺10分钟, 可能跟你
差不多
后来开始少食多餐, 简单讲, 每次你都只吃半饱,
等饿了再去吃, 每天5~6次, 大概每三小时一次, 睡觉前2小时不要吃. 这个对我很
有效, 我就执行了三个月, 养成习惯每餐吃半饱就自动不想吃了, 也不挨饿. 我现在
还没有开始减脂, 等开始了我会吃得更少
还有一个好处是白天不会因为吃太多而犯困了
另外, 饮食结构-这是老话题, 不用再重复了, 但非常非常重要 |
