如果去colorado的话，应该是飞到denver然后看车去rocky mountain. 大概计划5-7天
，我是不想很赶得那种旅游。平时太累了，休假就是放松。
如果是pueto rico的话，找够人可以租一个house，原来有朋友这样玩过，感觉不错。

这个夏天还没有结束，可是科州的傍晚已经有了些许凉意。记忆中最伤感的季节总是夏末
秋初，告别亲人，朋友和同学，在不断的离别中，日子如水痕般渐渐淡去，人也从一个地
方漂泊到另外一个地方。
四年前离开GG 来到这里的时候，有兴奋，有惶恐，但更多的是难以排遣的寂寞。在那些
夜里，一个人面对著空空落落的房间，看得见墙壁上自己的影子，听得见时间流过的声音
。
有那么一两年，最最盼望的事就是GG飞过来看我。最怕的便是天气恶劣，飞机误点，心疼
着GG 一个人在喧闹的机场孤零零的数时间，甚至在椅子上在不间断的广播声中过夜。而
Chicago 和Colorado的冬天，都是暴风雪喜欢光顾的地方。那些冬日，期待那飞机，飞跃
千山暮雪，万里层云，把我最亲爱的人一身寒气的带到我的身边。等GG在公车，飞机，再
加上公车的十几个小时的旅程之后走进家门，却总是发现拥抱，亲吻，还有彼此的味道都

1月的科州滑雪之旅早在半年前就开始酝酿了。先前几次过来这里除了转机就是专门来
滑雪，似乎也只有冬季才
到过这里。
Rocky山脉的白色冬装配上蓝天白云，精致的山间木屋撒落在丛林之中。当清晨沐浴着
朝阳开往大山的时候，我从里到外都仿佛吸取了大地的青春，浑身是劲。这种奇妙的感
觉，只有这里才能感受
到。
这次的旅行实际是个长周末。结果出门不顺，UA的飞机晚点2小时。人算不如天算，早
先安排好的DENVER知名ID见面会被迫取消，同时也失去品尝MAYWHITE苦心煎熬的大粥的
机会。晚上1点多赶
到
酒店后，我就迅速倒下进入的梦乡。。虽然有人鼾声如雷。。
第一天去的是KEYSTONE，这次携带的是SNOWBOARD，所以KEYSTONE是一定不能错过。
因为是周五的原因，偌大的雪场一点也不拥挤。GROOM过的雪道加上非常POWDER的雪质

day 5: starting from Salida, go to Black Canyon , stay at Montrose
day 6: starting from Montrose, go up to Carbondale / Aspen, clockwise loop

too much, or Iguess I'm getting something wrong~

刚刚参加完local的10k/5k trail race..我参加的是10k..今天天气虽然冷, 但很
适合跑步..总体感觉不到热, 出汗不多, 所以最后的成绩44:10比几天前自测的快乐
近6分钟..这次参加10k的大概有200人，比赛地的海拔在5000feet左右。
比赛一开始几个很牛的人就很快的冲了出去， 我也紧跟着, pace明显比平时快多了。
我的比赛策略是一开始尽量紧跟， 但不是push too much..所以一会儿前面3，4个就
逐渐拉开了距离。过了2个mile之后，感觉很难受， 就一直保持pace, 不进行加速或
减速， 过了4个mile之后， 感觉好一些， pace有所提高， 最后一个mile, 由于略有
小坡，pace可能最高， 最后冲刺还是不错的。整个感觉跑得很好， 节奏保持的很好，
