里，跟最大时速780公里的P-51不是一个档次，更接近Mig-15.美军空军，海军投入的飞
机总数和中朝苏比是压倒性的。中方有限的飞机只能留在鸭绿江中方一侧来保铁路线，
开到前方支援地面作战，拼消耗，则正中美军下怀，很快打光，得不偿失。二战英美空
军对付德国空军就是这种消耗战术。当年一架飞机对中国来说是极其宝贵的。

1946年7月29日，美国政府在马歇尔建议下对华实施军火禁运，直到1948年11月才解除
武器火禁运。1947年3月21日，国民政府的弹药供应已达到危急程度，而刚好这也是国
军停止不断胜利的时候，可以看出储存半年的美式军火用完后对国军的极大影响，这也
是国共内战中国军失败的最重要原因，而我们却对这短历史一片空白。。。
二战后欧美国家政府民众普遍反战厌战，对于中国国共内战十分不满，一场针对中国的
武器禁运拉开帷幕。1946年，美国通过决议禁止向中国交战双方提供武器，从7月29日
美国方面已拒绝签发向中国提供武器的出口许可，禁运开始生效了。实际上，美国直到
1948年11月才重新开始向中国国民政府提供武器。美国武器禁运的同时,英国对南京国
民政府实施军火禁运，拒绝了南京国民政府购买枪炮子弹、舰炮、飞机机架等请求。英
国外交部宣称:“英国政府的政策是不鼓励中国现时的内战。为了这一目标,只要内战还
在持续,我们就不向中国出口任何战争物资”。
由于美英在当时条件下巨大的影响力，没有一个武器出口国向国民政府出售武器。

比亚局势的报道用词非常值得一提，故粗略总结了一下，请大家指正。
在利比亚局势刚开始紧张，即其国内刚开始有人上街的时候，对于上街的人群，一律成
为protester,对于卡扎菲，一律称为Libya Leader或者有的时候也成为Libya
President。
在卡扎菲开始镇压，并且东部一些地方被反对派控制，同时各地利比亚驻外使官纷纷脱
离卡扎菲之际，对卡扎菲的称呼成了Libya dictator，对反对派开始称呼为opposition
，对反对派的运动开始时不时用revolution这个词
在卡扎菲取得阶段性胜利，收复了部分被反对派控制区域后，对反对派的称呼成了

好象是3月，然后股市就从IT Bubble的底部吃了药般强烈反弹。
当时机组7个人里面有6个都是军方的，军衔都是上校colonel.其中一个

Eight U.S. soldiers have been charged in the death of 19-year-old Private
Danny Chen, who was found shot to death in a guard tower in Afghanistan. It
