调查结论。目前白宫酝酿的最严厉措施，是对中国进口产品全面征收关税，从鞋具服装
到家用电器均将受到影响，中国在美投资并购也将受到进一步限制。
由于在立场上与贸易鹰派存在无法调和的分歧，白宫国家经济委员会主任、全球贸易派
代表人物科恩 (Gary Cohn) 宣布辞职。然而科恩刚离开白宫，特朗普就已等不及要让
中美“贸易战”再度升级。
据今日（3月7日）彭博援引知情人士，特朗普政府已在酝酿对中国在美投资设限，并全
面对中国进口产品征收关税。
美国贸易代表办公室 (USTR) 针对中国所谓“盗窃知识产权行为”的301调查结论，预
计将于4月公布，届时特朗普可能将利用USTR的调查建议，作为新措施出台的根据。

【欧洲时报高俊青报道】2018年正值法国“五月风暴”50周年。今年春天，法国国铁和
法航罢工、学生罢课、极左派闹事。学生占领教室、封锁学校，这些场景难免让人隐隐
嗅到68年春天的味道。

1968年，由学生带头发起，后得到工人和各阶层广泛响应，形成了20世纪法国历史上最
重要的社会运动，口号是对抗传统社会和资本主义，史称“五月风暴”。50年过去，这
场运动中很多一腔热血的风云人物也都渐渐沉寂。
据法国《观察者》的报道，时年23岁的造反领袖Daniel Cohn-Bendit于1968年5月22日
被驱逐到德国。虽然他几天后便秘密返回法国，但对他的限制令在十年后才被取消。
1984年他加入了德国绿党（“Die Grünen”），后来又加入法国绿党，并被选举为欧
盟议员。
