俺从娃四年级开始，教/guide 了娃一年多数学，帮娃理清概念。虽然娃
成绩一般，但这次学校的评语里的 Area of Strength 的数学部分，
终于拿到一句：
“Is able to use visual models or equations to represent
mathematical problems; continues to develop mathematical
thinking clearly and coherently"
所以，花时间教/guide 普通娃，拼足小时数，总是会有帮助的。。。

掉 common core 七年级数学慢班的要求。
另外零乘以任何数得零。。。如果要求是混过去的话，你得说是基于 zero's
multiplicative property。。。如果要求高点的话，那也得从更基本的 zero is
additive identity 和 distributive property 来证明，比如这么写：
additive identity 的定义:
1 + 0 = 1
两边乘以 a:
a*(1 + 0) = a*1
用 distributive property
a*1 + a*0 = a*1
这里如果上严格版，按 additive identity 的定义和唯一性，得出 a*0 = 0。。。或
者上不严格之娃版通俗版的话，两边减去 a*1。 |

的假设物理模型成立的话，这对 “构建式教育” / “发现式教育”，是一个严重挑战。
因为在这个模型里，“发现式教育” 里的发现 (discovery)，被认为是 Priming 的一
种类型。（这不是拿诺贝尔那种真正为全人类做贡献的“发现”）。
而在数据流上，Priming 前面必须要有足够的 Explicit Memory。
虽然 Explicit Memory 理论上也是受教育者自己 “构建” 的，但在实践上，一般被
认为是 “传授” (transmitted) 的。
也就是说，如果该物理模型成立的话。在 “发现” 之前，教师应当 “教授” (
transmit) 足够的知识 (knowledge) 到受教育者的 explicit memory。
而这些知识应该是足够多种不同的 priming，以增强 priming 的效果。而这些知识集
合，并不需要自身逻辑上非常一致 (coherent)（当然也不能乱来）。否则可能陷入教

certain country. Like us 1.5 generation Chinese American immigrants. But OP
didn't come to the U.S. until college. He's no different than other 1st

是堆几千个core傻算，理论上是个人都能设计出来，但上面的软件生态圈搞成GPGPU就
难了，要有人给你写软件。CUDA还是太底层，要那些非马工出身的research scientist
去写CUDA程序真是难为他们了。。但并行计算/异构计算本来就比串行计算难多了，难
的是软件，要正确调用并行核傻算，不然效率上不去。
不过这么多做AI chip的，还每家都要做，之后FANG，BAT全部都要做AI asic，连果子
都要自己设计GPU，看来我等硬工的春天要来了。以后跟马工一样，一手offer互相
competing，不满35万不卖身，噢耶！～

精准度有点高，但是你用同样的方法，我试了好多家股票基金和etf，完全无效
说明什么呢？比特币交易里的羊群效应非常大，经常有人组织金字塔型的pump and
dump，所以起伏非常coherent，但是金字塔底部的人未必挣钱，其实是给塔尖的一小群
人送钱
然后上周fb刚刚宣布ban bitcoin ads，各大银行也不让用信用卡借钱买比特币了，比
特币市值马上缩水，说明原来的pump有很多是靠predatory advertising和借钱撑着的
（这其实和引发次贷危机的0首付买房相似，房价/比特币缩水时买家随时随地walk
away）
靠借信用卡买币还是好的，上各种杠杆的（15x-100x leverage）的更可怕，他们平仓
的时候都咋平的？？ |

我决定quit IB乐，这个公司的税表就是一个笑话。schedule D还是2007年的，1099只
有html版本，不能从turbotax 导入，而且1099表里面只有一个总交易额， 就是把去年
所有卖得买的股票总额全家在一起，如果直接type to Turbotax发现欠一个天文数字的
tax, 不知道大家有什么体会。也顺便求一个不收data fee 的broker, 准备彻底退出

的bottomline就是这份工作，不会再多。承认自己撒谎你一定会丢这份工作，不承认你
反而有很大机会过这一关。
1)除非你不想要这份工作了，不然绝不可以承认自己撒谎。美国法律都有条款可以保障
人们不用做出对自己不利的供词，你即使是沉默都比开口认错好。如果你仔细看过政客
们撒谎被抓个正着，一般这时候都政客们自己会沉默或者回避，请个第三方/非当事方
出来代言（一般是律师或者发言人）。这是很高明的策略，因为一般第三方都顶着一个
“公正”的牌坊。这个时候对于你而言，最好的办法就是找个和事佬第三方出来为你说
话，你在公司工作，身边稍微要好一点的，一起吃午饭的同事多少也有那么一两个吧，
请他们出来，不要他们直接就事论事为你开脱，而是诱导他们说些你平时很友善，帮助
同事，工作勤奋，是个不错的员工之类的，增强你的正面形象。

说到底，都是一群生活在社会底层的人。拿了6位数薪水就飘飘然了，再看看他们那几
笔账，原来还是关着门过自己的小市民日子。
在国内就是穷人，过了几辈子的穷日子，没住过好房子，更别说独立房了。穷人家孩子
有志气，学习倒努力。一个个考试通过。来了美国，当然最关心的就是房子。而且越大
越好。后院要种菜。还要留出空屋来，以便将来接国内的穷老过来。
家庭开支里没有固定的慈善捐款，但每年的保税表上倒是一定写上几百块虚的。宗教就
更不用说了，大家都是共产主义教育出身的高级知识分子，怎么能搞封建迷信那些玩意
。除了家里人有重病时会想到烧香拜佛，平时对各宗教一定是讥讽有加。
英文不怎么样，但满不在乎。发个贴里面稍微夹点英文，拼写语法用辞错误就惨不忍睹

frequently mess up their English. They both had difficulties in staying
coherent...
The terminator wasn't a native English speaker. But I bet he can cream those
