以前总听说烙印造假什么的， 没有概念。
最近一个manager （烙印）要招人， 因为budget constraint , 只能找 contractor,
就上公司内部一个网站， 上面有合作ICC 的人的简历。
看了10个， 明显全都是假的！
全都是堆砌一大堆技术名词， 然后加黑， 讲了一大通不知道他在说什么。 50%没有
毕业学校， 剩下的是假学校或不知名的野鸡学校。
人家的策略， 就是现在实质性已经把contractor 这个市场彻底垄断， 各个公司图省
事， 一旦确立合作关系， 不愿再换contractor vendor, 这样contractor 来源就只
有这种骗子烙印。 这里根本不是sjsu vs uiuc 的问题， 这些烙印完全就是国内专

刚才看了WSJ。报导Info Sys 因为滥用B1签证把印度人弄到美国工作， 而被
Immigration Office罚35Million 美元。

本地的一家公司，架构师头衔，$140K工资 + 10%左右奖金，升级七个群25K电话，从
UCM 4X到10.5。
好处是直接经理和主任都容易相处，也懂技术，项目规模还算大，包括五千左右呼叫中
心接线员，做为唯一的架构师，深度接触微软统一通讯(Messaging, Lync)。
坏处是公司80%员工都是阿三国的阿三，内部管理混乱拖沓，我等他们办手续等了几周
，中间人事部还年底裁员，我的手续重来一遍。
本村的另一家公司，我干了大半年独立合同工，九月份经理说15年取消合同工，转正给
$115K工资。后来了解到他们计划外包网络组和通讯组,所以不留人。

比较典型的咨询工作，在家上班，看项目出差。电面的对方是个法国来的电话阿姨，抓
住我主要的项目问个底儿掉，算是这一波最有技术含量的面试，不过我不会的地方他也
不会。转天经理又聊了下，确定$80/小时，合同工/全职随我。
好处:公司和客户名气大?
坏处:可能很多出差，完全不可预料;近期的项目都是在UCM上，不太感兴趣。
