龄组第二。
训练就是按照Runner's world上的smart coach 训练了一个半月，每周一次speed work
,一次long run,其余都是easy run。每周30miles左右，都是早晨8点跑，跟比赛时间一
致。上周三的4miles tempo前面一半跑快了，结果后一半很痛苦，于是决心今天头半段要保守，这样才能享受比赛。
还是老问题，头几晚睡不好，昨晚才睡3-4个小时。人家Guerrouj睡不好是因为两次奥
运金牌改得而没有得，我是为了啥？真不理解。
比赛出发后前两麦3步一呼吸以控制速度
。3miles时19：40左右，觉得今天sub40很艰巨。后半程超了十来个人。到了5miles时
33分整，知道今天没戏了，当时真是好失望，毕竟认真训练了两个来月。可能比赛就是
这样，能发挥出最佳状态难度很大。终点前500-400左右看着表39：00，终点的拱门和
人群就在前面，可是太远了够不着... 很失落的冲了100多米就没劲了，好在没有被别
