走了。没有预算买车，买了也没地方搁，呵呵。以后买了豪宅就有地方搁了，不过估计
不会玩太technical的，还是骑骑cross country吧，虽然不刺激但是安全。我这人比较

最近试了一些KB 的EXERCISE, 觉得KB有以下优点
1)重量集中,方便做SWING以及各种各样的BALLISTIC 动态 MOVE. dumbbel is too
clumsy to swing, grip plates 导致起茧严重. you can do all db moves using kb
, but you can not do all KB moves using DB...
2) 方便举在头顶， 可以挂在拇指和食指形成的FORK上, MORE STABLE OVER HEAD THAN DB BECAUSE CENTER OF GRAVITY OF KB IS LOWER THAN WRIST...
3)方便 RELEASE, FLIP, 和CATCH, 玩的花样多, convenient fo |

撸一下？太远撸起来不太顺手？。。。这个在家防 CQB 的 retreat & ambush 的环境
下，确实有点 clumsy 好像。。。不过话说回来，绝大部分家防的情况下，散弹基本不
需要开第二枪。。。
：女生强烈不推荐霰弹枪，后座力其实还好，一般女生也扛得住，但是一般美国卖的霰
弹枪枪托会比较长，女生臂长不够，操作起来很别扭。男生也建议买可以调节LOP (

covered pitch and got too clumsy.
highly recommend the book "Climbing Self Rescue: Improvising Solutions for
Serious Situations". you will be a good leader once you have mastered all
the scenarios described in the book. you need to master them in the field,
not on the paper. |

week of vacation time that I could use to climb but nobody to climb with, so
I got this crazy idea of solo climbing all 14ers in Elk range in Colorado.
Day 1: Castle
An easy peak and a good warm up hike for me so I could get a chance to
acclimatize. Met someone on the summit who told me he did Maroon Group grand
slam (Maroon Bell traverse + Pyramid) under 8 hours last year. Amazing.

weight transfer, pivot, knee roll, lead change都在里面了

When you initiate your turn, you should put your raq-hand at your shoulder
level, (makes me feel really kinda clumsy because it feels like you are
raising your hand for answering a question. :) )
AND
your raq head is pointing "UPWARD",
(in my case, my hand is at my waist level, and raq head pointing to side
fence, or maybe a little bit upward, but not UPTIGHT)
by doing this, it allows to you generate much more power when y |

It's like you play tennis , you need 2 months to start enjoying it
virtual tennis a is party game , everybody can play right away but will get
bored after a few hours
if you play only the demo, you will not like top spin 3 most likely because
it's seems "very hard" and the player looks very clumsy and nothing makes
sense. the graphics is not impressive either.
top spin 4 is coming out next year. looking forward to it. must buy |
