inspection结果也一致，tramission fluid and engine oil are very dirty.
pre purchase inspection其他结果:
(1)Oil around oil pan near filter and drain plug-may be runoff
(2) Front engine MOUNT has play, but not borken.
这估计是个问题，就是松动
(3)Tire 4/32'' almost done
(4)Transmission has slight leak from backside of case up high
(5)both front lower control arm business are breaking
(6)headlight lenses are cloudy.

绿灯时，前面有一辆车也要左传、慢行停顿在十字路口中央，我跟着前移车头压过白线
。路上车很少，我当时觉得前车应该在绿灯时就有机会左拐。
绿灯变黄灯时，前车稍微怔了下、随后顺利左拐，我看左右都没车、也立刻左拐、车到
十字中央时黄灯变红，被紧跟着的校警闪灯栏下。
实在没料到这个路口黄灯时间这么短，前车怔一下就把黄灯时间用了大半。警察在单上
写“failed to obey traffci control device”“cloudy weather, dry road, light
traffic, daylight lighting”,口述解释说我红灯左拐（这跟实情并不完全相符！）
，让我去court.
我有五年驾龄，向来谨慎，之前没有任何不良记录，去年分期付款买的新车，几个月前
上过defensive driving课。
请问，我有没有机会把这个citation清掉？实在不想有记录。
求建议！！谢谢！ |

我的前老板,和现在老板的老板结婚, 婚礼在离我们城市2,3个小时的地方, 给我送了请
帖, 我究竟要不要去? 我们都是一个大组的, 互相都会有比较紧密地合作, 只是在
policy上一个是前老板一个是现老板的老板.
他们定在2016年7月结婚, 2015年下半年给我和老公送了请帖. 只有请帖, 没有reply
request. 我问过前老板这个怎么操作, 据说是先提前一年送请帖通知大家, 在提前半
年正式发邀请函, 并附上reply letter.
我是不太想去的, 跟两个老板的交流都仅限工作上, 私生活中根本没有交集. 他们估计

如果拿一个offer要求老板match是下策么？
其实暂时不想走，因为绿卡，老板人也还不错。但是想如果能拿个offer要求涨工资，

their lawns due to drought. "西雅图不下雨是也多是大雾天" that only applies
to winter months. If you love winter sports, that is not an problem.
Rainy days:
Summer: 1/10 or less.
Spring/Fall: 1/2 to 2/3.
Winter: 4/5-6/7 (rain or cloudy).
Depends on your rain tolerance, i think 9 month out of 12 is perfect. Of
course, there are folks like sunny every day, which Seattle is not likely to
be.

too much to install and you can recover the investment in a few years (
depending on your location)
I used a lot of panels to heat my swimming pool, it is well worth the
investment for me. |

我家是二层楼外带一个小阁楼那种60年代的老房子，
漏水发生在一楼卫生间浴缸上头那片。
到二楼检查了一下，没有任何异样。
担心是水龙头破了，关闭了洗脸池的水阀们，漏水也没缓解。
估计墙或者楼层间地板问题比较大。
我是被漏水声吵醒的，以为下雨了，可是查天气预报说只有cloudy，但是屯子里有时
也会有暴雨吧）
这种情况下该找plumbing还是该找什么人？？？ |

水很脏是指已经有味道了还是cloudy?
如果是有点浑浊的话，你可以买一个kit测一下各项指标(或者到附近的pool supply
store，他们一般免费给你测)，很多情况下，你不需要换水，只要把filter启动连续循
环24小时就可以重新变清的。
我刚搬家后把filter的pump给关了5、６天，结果天热，水就有点浑，问了前屋主和几
个人，都说千万不要换水，让我给filter加一些DE，然后循环了一天多，水就又清澈见
底了。 |

家里的游泳池自己维护了一年，可以说现在有一点点经验了。
我感觉保持游泳池水质最重要有两点1)保持pump每天要循环，我夏天到现在都是6个小
时；2)水里面的chlorine含量要保持1-2ppm。这两者一旦有一个不满足，水就开始变得
cloudy，或者长algae。
保持chlorine含量的关键是要有stabilizer，否则你添加再多的chlorine也会被阳光分
解。
ph值在春天open的时候要调，后面基本上会非常稳定，不用每次都测。保持ph稳定，一
定要把alkalinity调整对，alkalinity不够，ph会浮动。
春天open的时候事情最多，主要是close的时候会drain掉很多水，新添加的水中没有
chemical，所以open的时候要到pool company去测水样，把需要添加的东西，比如
stabilizer和alkalinity都加够。后面就基本上不用再动了。
正常运行的时候，主要是保持pump正常循环，以及chlorine正常供给。我大概一个半月
换一次filter中的DE, chlorine是通过一个feeder注入，大概两周换4个3" tab。其他... 阅读全帖 |

你确定没有大量倒入algeacide和chroline吗？我们这里冬天所有的pool都要close，也
都用不透光的cover覆盖，close的时候需要用algeacide和shock，但最多只能支持半年
，第二年夏天天气一热，水马上就cloudy了，如果不再倒shock，温度高的时候一个月
就成绿色了。 |

原房主肯定在2012年做过处理，一年多水仍然清澈，是很难想像的。
我前年10月close，盖着cover，到去年5月打开水就已经有点cloudy了，按照pool
company的说法，如果不加shock和algaecide，到6月就绿了。algae在60度以上长得很
快，弱光的情况下也可以 |
