发帖数: 815 | 33 这周工作稍微规律一点，我又回复上课了。昨天感觉快不行了。其实周一
的动作简单，就是踢腿和膝盖。但是反复高频率做上几圈，间歇插上burpees
和bear crawl，深蹲什么的，就让人累得不行了。昨天新的热身是抱一
50磅重的杠铃片做深蹲。要求是上臂贴身，肘尖向下，前臂弯过来抱住
杠铃片。也就是clinch的动作。深蹲时背挺直，肘尖要碰到大腿。这个
动作重复几分钟以后还是很累人的，肱二头肌和大腿肌肉同时酸痛。但
真正让人有窒息感觉的，是在连着100下重腿后（10个人拿着垫子，每
个垫子上10下中腿），马上就做不知道多久这个深蹲。心脏跳得好像
要破胸而出。
今天的热身有两个花样，都跟12磅实心球有关。一个是两人面对面相距几米。
同时侧滑步，并不停地把球直线掷向对方。对方接住球后，立刻掷回。
靠，从来没有想到过简单的侧滑会那么累人。
第二个花样比较残酷。一人仰面躺下，肩部离地。另外一人自然站直，
双手胸前放平执球，然后放手。球砸中躺着的对方的腹部后，对方再做
crunch，同时球扔给站着的人。如此反复几十次。这个训练应该是练习
腹部抗打击能力的。做这个深刻体会到腹部肌肉不够，特别是对方不小 |

去了。你们一周多少次课？一次多久？其中练技术/Sparring占多少时间啊？要不到俺们
Academy of Self-Defense来吧。质量不说了，Yelp上评分接近完美。具体到MMA, 讲技术
还是挺多的。Muay Thai一次课一个半小时。半小时热身，一小时技术练习。大致是这
样：
-- 周一腿和拳。因为过了周末，所以热身和力量多点。我最怕周一，练下来想死的
心都有了。
-- 周二拳腿组合。
-- 周三肘、膝、和clinch。
-- 周四controlled sparring。强化周一到周三学习的技术
-- 周六是更复杂的组合。
教练以前是Cung Le的私人教练，当年是UMSTA的重量级冠军。热爱泰拳，习惯性拖堂。
而且有问必答。
柔术我没有参加。实在没有时间。我们上泰拳课的时候，旁边就是柔术班。貌似他们的
drill和sparring也很多。而且他们课程结束后，常有人继续缠斗。教练还在旁边指点。

比如戴了小腿护垫，我们就敢快速往人大腿招呼（全力还是不行。
练习低腿时时用那种15公分左右又厚又硬的公文包垫子，大腿照样
被踢肿）。戴了胸垫， 前蹬腿就可以来真的。穿了护裆戴了膝垫，Clinch时
才可以专注于技术。 |

发帖数: 815 | 36 练习就是花钱请人揍的受虐过程。练得挺好啊。其实也没练多久。前段时间停了
很久。三周前重新开始。不过作为一头老年程序猿，身体素质就是不行：练的动
作其实挺简单，但我就是做不到位，更不用说不假思索，灵活运用了。，感觉每
天练一小时不够。关键是要在实战中大量重复正确动作。我都想请私教了，如果
领导批了这笔预算的话:-)。比如昨天练习Clinch，熟练的人就是能一下控制住我
的脖子，然后膝盖组合。如果我先卡住对方，人马上根据卡住的位子反制，从简单
的摆脱，到复杂点的反关节（是滴，泰拳也有反关节和借力）和抱摔。
另外作为初学者，我的最大体会是本能是最大的问题。基本功练习时，一切有板有眼。
对练时对方拳脚一急，立马做出各种幼稚危险的动作。所以保证学员不受伤，又
能让学员放心进攻防守的对练还是很重要的。
这三周最大的收获是小腿淤肿消失后，现在防守碰上对方小腿骨不痛了。:-D。所以
防对方低腿顺溜了许多，因为不再有心理障碍。 |

小伙子学过咏春也曾得过香港拳击的冠军。老者是河北一位有名的形意师傅注重实战。
因为是拍节目，小伙子以防御试探为主，不以取胜为目的。

2.WRESTLING，这个在JUDO,CATCH WRESTLING, SAMBO等专讲。
3.擒拿：AIKIDO。
4.TAKEDOWN:虽然在WRESTLING有，但柔术和MMA又单独拿出来讲。
中国的近打处上面外，主要特点是身打：头肩肘手，胯臀膝脚等。 |

手练习时起腿喜欢用手推拦对方近身，保持距离，也是调整自己步子。另外一点，就是
很多正统的泰拳手（就是之前没有学过拳击或其他格斗，一上来就跟泰国人学的），在
出直拳时，喜欢抬肩膀，既能护头，又能为下一步的clinch做准备。当然我说的这些都
是只练泰拳才有的情况，具体你的对手是不是如此需要观察。
另外就是前鞭腿，你说的是直线前鞭。针对对方进攻幅度大，你应该走斜线前鞭。这时
前鞭和后鞭的区别不大，只是过程中的一个身位变换。根据位置可以前鞭加前摆，或者
加后膝。 |
